摘 要

鳞板输送机是由一系列支承在滚子链上相互搭接的金属磷板形成 以个连续移动的工作面来载运散装固体物料的输送设备。 磷板输送机 有水平型、倾斜型、水平倾斜型三种机型,其工作原理基本相同,物 料的移动是靠磷板载运而形成。鳞板输送机机构简单、适用范围广、 输送能力搭、运行阻力小、安装维修方便、使用寿命长。它不但能水 平输送,也能倾斜输送;能多点加料,设备工艺布置灵活。鳞板输送 机可用于沿水平或倾斜方向由储仓向破碎机、输送机或其它工作机械 输送各种块状或松散物料。有轻型和中型之分。

鳞板输送机是一种挠性牵引的连续输送机械,是为采煤工作面和 采区巷道运煤布置的机械。它的牵引机构是鳞板链,承载装置是运输 机,鳞板链安装在运输机的槽面。运输机沿运输路线全线铺设,鳞板 链绕经机头、机尾的链轮接成封闭形置于运输机中,与滚筒采煤机和 输送机推移装置配套,实现落煤、装煤、运煤及推移输送机械化。沿 输送机全长都可向溜槽中装煤,装入运输机中的煤被鳞板链拖拉,在 运输机内滑行到卸载端卸下。

鳞板输送机在使用中要受拉、压、弯曲、冲击摩擦和腐蚀等多种 作用,因此,必须有足够的强度、刚度、耐磨和耐腐蚀性。由于它的 运输方式是物料和鳞板链都在槽内滑行,因此运行阻力和磨损都很 大。但是,在采煤工作面运煤,目前还没有更好的机械可代替,只能 从结构上、强度上和制造工艺上不断研究,使它更加完善、耐用。
