前 言

DSP数字信号处理(Digital Signal Processing,简称DSP)是一门涉及许多学科而又广泛应用于许多领域的新兴学科。20世纪60年代以来,随着计算机和信息技术的飞速发展,数字信号处理技术应运而生并得到迅速的发展。数字信号处理是一种通过使用数学技巧执行转换或提取信息,来处理现实信号的方法,这些信号由数字序列表示。在过去的二十多年时间里,数字信号处理已经在通信等领域得到极为广泛的应用。德州仪器、Freescale等半导体厂商在这一领域拥有很强的

实力。

第一种商品化的 IC 数字信号处理器是英特尔的 2920,早在 1979 年就在取代全双工、1200bps 数字硬调制解调器中的模拟滤波器组了。同时,迅速增多的微处理器和外设提高了处理以数字表示信号的可行性。那时几乎任何商业化信号处理任务都需要模拟计算,伴有复杂的反馈回路和补偿电路来维持稳定性。各种依赖位片处理器小型电脑和数据采集硬件的技术都极其昂贵,并且通常只适合于研究人员。能够经济地把信号数字化,并在数字领域进行数学计算,从而减少漂移和其它用模拟技术处理也很昂贵的不精确条件,这种逻辑很有吸引力,它直接导致今天市场上出现多种系列的 DSP。

目前,某种形式的 DSP 安装在从自动应答电话机到洗衣机等各种产品的中心部位,很容易使人忘记这场变革就发生在最近。直到最近,通用微控制器和 DSP 芯片之间的巨大差别还使许多嵌入式系统工程师觉得:数字信号处理是门困难的学科。这种感觉来源于第一代 DSP 的架构和编程要求,这一代 DSP 往往设计用来实现数字滤波器。不过,在卷入 DSP 对比微控制器的争论之前,你也许要问,为什么使用数字滤波器?DSP 还适合于别的什么领域?使用数字滤波的经典理由是,你可以实现线性相位 FIR (有限脉冲响应)滤波器,它保持了音频处理等应用中的信号保真度。当你正在尝试处理传感器信号时,避免由于不相等的组延迟(由非线性相位-频率响应特性引起)导致的信号失真可能也是很关键的。正如任何已经尝试过的人所知道的那样,用模拟技术制造线性相位滤波器几乎是不可能的,相比之下,DSP 和软件滤波器工具箱使这种实现不费吹灰之力。

假如你使用针对控制系统建模的仿真工具,你一定知道来自 Mathworks 的 Matlab 和 Simulink 等工具也可以建立 DSP 算法的模型,并自动生成代码,你可以把这些代码移植到各种硬件目标。不过,数字信号处理的能力其实起始于滤波器应用。例如,软件工具也可以毫不费力地实现 FFT(快速傅里叶变换)。然后,你可以对连续时间信号的快照做频率分析。假如你有很多传感器输出要处理,以得到关键的实时控制响应,那么 DSP 通常是惟一的答案

第一章 DSP理论技术概述

1.1 课程设计目的与意义

本课程是一门以实践为主的技术类专业选修课,课程的教学目的是使学生了解DSP及DSP控制器的发展过程及其特点,使学生较熟练地在硬件上掌握DSP及DSP硬件器的结构、各部件基本工作原理,在软件上掌握DSP的指令系统、程序设计方法,学会TMS320系列中1至2种DSP芯片的基本使用方法,并能重点利用DSP及DSP控制器设计典型的应用系统, 为今后从事相关设计与研究打下基础。

1.2 DSP芯片的选择与封装

1)芯片的选择原则:

根据实际应用系统需要、应用场合、目的,选择满足所需功能、成本低、耗电小、使用方便、有技术支持、升级方便的芯片。 DSP芯片的选择是有技术指标决定的,例如:由信号的频率决定系统的采样频率;有采样频率句顶完成任务书中最复杂的算法所需的最大时间以及系统对实时程序的要求,判断系统能否完成工作;有数量及程序的长短决定RAM的容量,是否需要扩展RAM及RAM的容量;等等。在确定DSP芯片型号之后,应当先进行系统的总体的设计。首先采用高级语言matlab等对算法进行仿真,确定最佳算法并初步确定参数,对系统的软硬件进行初步分工。 2)芯片的封装:

1)DIP 双列直插式封装,插装型封装之一,引脚从封装两侧引出,封装材料有塑料和陶瓷两种。

2)SIP单列直插式封装 引脚从封装的一个侧点引出,排列成一条直线。当装配到印刷基板上的封装成侧立状。

3)SOJ J型引脚小外型封装表面贴装型封装之一,引脚从封装两侧引出象下呈J字型。

4)SDP 也叫SOIC小外型封装,表面贴装型封装之一,引脚从封装两侧引出呈海鸥翼型。

5)PLCC 带引线的塑料芯片载体,表面贴装型封装之一,引脚从封装的四个侧面引出,呈J字型,是塑料制品。

6)QFP 四侧引脚扁平封装,引脚从四个侧面引出呈海鸥翼型,基材有陶瓷、金属和塑料三种。

7)BGA 球型触点阵列表面封装之一,在印刷基板的背面按阵列方式制作出球型凸点,以代替引脚。

1.3 DSP系统设计的方法和步骤

下图为一个典型DSP系统

输入 抗混叠 滤波 A/D DSP芯片 D/A 平滑滤波 输出 先将输入的模拟信号进行带限滤波和抽样,在进行A/D变换,将信号变换成数字比特流,经DSP芯片处理后的数值样值,再经D/A变换成模拟样值之后再进行内插和平滑滤波即可得到连续的模拟信号输出。根据奈奎斯特抽样定理,为保证信息不丢失,抽样频率至少是输入带限信号最高频率的两倍,其中抗混叠滤波的作用,就是将输入的模拟信号中高于折叠频率的分量滤除,以防止信号频谱出现混叠/DSP芯片是系统的关键。

(1) 总体方案设计

在进行DSP系统设计之前首先应给出明确的设计任务,给出设计任务书。在设计任务书中应将系统要达到的功能描述准确、清楚;描述的方式可以是人工语言,也可以是流程图或算法描述。之后将设计任务书转化为量化的技术指标。 下图为DSP应用系统设计的一般步骤:

(2) 软件设计阶段 软件变成步骤如下:

1)用C语言、汇编语言或者两种变成语言混合编写程序,再把它们分别转换成DSP的汇编语言并送到汇编语言汇编器进行汇编,生成目标文件. 2)将目标文件送入连接器进行连接,得到可执行文件.

3)将克制性文件掉如到调试器进行调试,检查运行结果是否正确.如果着呢宫阙进入下一步;如果不正确则返回第一步.

4)进行代码转换将代码写入EEPROM,并脱离仿真器进行程序,检查结果是否正确。如果不正确,返回上一步;如果正确,进入下一步。

5)软件调试,软件调试借助DSP开发工具,如软件模拟器、DSP开发系统或仿真器等。

(3) 硬件设计阶段

1)设计硬件实现方案 硬件实现方案是指根据性能指标、工期、成本等,确定最优硬件实现方案,并画出硬件系统框图。

2)器件的选型 除选择DSP芯片外,一般还要考虑选择A/D、D/A、内存、电源、逻辑控制、通信、人机接口、总线等基本部件。 3)原理图设计 硬件设计阶段原理图设计是关键。在原理图设计时必须清楚了解器件的使用和系统的开发,对于关键环节要做仿真。

4)PCB板设计 PCB设计要求DSP系统设计人员既要熟悉系统工作原理,又要清楚布线工艺和系统结构设计。

5)软、硬件调试 在采用硬件仿真器进行调试时,如果没有仿真器、且系统不复杂,则可借助一般的工具进行调试。

(4) 系统集成

系统的软、硬件设计分别调试完成之后,进行系统集成。系统集成是将软、硬件结合起来,并组合成样机,在实际系统中运行,进行系统测试。

1.4 DSP前言技术与应用

20多年来,DSP芯片得到了迅猛发展,主要体现在如下方面:

1. 在生产工艺上 采用1μm以下的CMOS制造工艺技术和砷化镓集成电路制造技术,使集成度更高,功耗更低,从而使高频、高速的DSP处理器得到更大的发展。

2.基本结构上 以RISC结构、单片并行计算机结构为主导,脉冲阵列和数据流阵列也将成为并行处理器的主要体系结构。设计、测试简单,易模块化,易于实现流水线操作和多处理器结构。

3. 模拟/数字混合上 集滤波、A/D、D/A及DSP处理于一体,将成为DSP发展的主要方向,是DSP厂商的主要增长点。

4. DSP技术与ASIC技术融合上 在DSP芯片中嵌入ASIC模块,进一步扩大DSP逻辑控制功能。

5. 代码兼容性上 将推出更新的、更强大的优化C编译器来适应不同型号的DSP代码生成,各种DSP的开发、加速、并行处理插件板也将大量涌现。

DSP的应用主要包括如下方面:

信号处理:如数字滤波、自适应滤波、快速傅立叶变换、小波变换、相关运算、卷积、加窗

语音:如语音编码、语音合成、语音识别、语音增强、说话人辨认说话人确认、语音邮件、语音存储、扬声器检验、文本转语言等。

军事:保密通信、雷达处理、声呐处理、导航、全球定位、跳频电台、搜索和反

搜索等。

仪器仪表:频谱分析、函数发生、数据采集、地震处理等。

图形与图像:如二维和三维图形处理、图象压缩与传输、图象增强、动画与数字地图、机器人视觉、模式识别、工作站等。

医疗:助听、超声设备、诊断工具、病人监护、心电图等。

家用电器:数字音响、数字电视、可视电话、音乐合成、音调控制、玩具与游戏

等。

第二章 DSP硬件部分设计

2.1 硬件设计任务概述

DSP 最小系统是由满足DSP运行的最小硬件组成,包括电源电路,复位电路,时钟电路,JTAG 接口电路,电平转换电路等。请选一55系列DSP芯片设计最小系统。 要求:

1. DSP芯片选择TMS320VC5509 ,VC5507,VC5502中的一种。(根据学号的1,2,3,4,5,6分组) 外设扩展部分: (1)液晶LCD1602 (TMS320VC5509) (2)一片4位数码管 (TMS320VC5509) (3)D/A:TLV5639 (TMS320VC5507)

(4)键盘和LED,设计一2X4键盘控制8个LED灯 (TMS320VC5507) (5)SRAM:IS61LV6416 (TMS320VC5502)(我所选择的题目) (6)FLASH:AM29LV400B (TMS320VC5502)

2.提高部分:在必选题的基础上,可多加其它选题的外设功能。 3.请运用Protel完成最小系统的schematic原理图。

4.设计完成,根据规范格式撰写设计报告,并附上网络表,器件物料表等。

2.2 总体方案设计

本次硬件电路设计时限一周,大体方案设计和时间安排如下:

周一选择所需的芯片和外设模块,到网上搜索其管脚图和作用以及封装技术。根据所学的知识,将原理图大体勾勒出来。周二、周三、周四在PROTEL 99平台完成各模块电路和原理图的绘制。周五则撰写硬件部分设计报告。

2.4 外设电路原理图设计

电源模块

C55x数字信号处理器电源包括内核电源和外部接口电源,其外部接口电源为3.3V,内核则根据型号不同而采用了不同电压。由于C55x处理器大多应用于低功耗场合,因此电源电路的设计应注意电源的转换效率和电路的复杂程度,而高效率的DC-DC转换电路则十分适合这种应用。

TPS54110能够提供1.5A的连续电流输出,其输出电压可调,电压输出范围覆盖0.9~3.3V,能够较好的满足C55x处理器的供电要求,图3-1给出采用TPS54110实现DC-DC转换的电路原理图。

C55x的供电可以通过并联两路TPS54110来实现,如果系统对电源的上电顺序有要求,可以通过TPS54110的PWRGD和SS/ENA引脚来控制,图3-2给出的是DSP内核首先上电,当内核电压稳定后外围接口再上电。

复位电路模块

在系统上电过程中,如果电源电压还没有稳定,这是DSP进入工作状态可能造成不可预知的后果,甚至引起硬件损坏,解决这个问题的方法是D

SP在上电过程中保持复位状态,因此有必要在系统中加入上电复位电路。上电复位电路的作用是保证上电可靠,并在用户需要时实现可靠复位。

本次设计采用MAX708S构建的DSP复位电路,该复位电路可以提供低输入电压保护、复位时间延迟和手工复位等功能。图3-3中RESEST为DSP复位信号。

3.3.3 时钟电路模块

任何工作都按时间顺序。用于产生这个时间的电路就是时钟电路。 现在流行的串行时钟电路很多,如DS1302、DS1307、PCF8485等。这些电路的接口简单、价格低廉、使用方便,被广泛地采用。实时时钟电路DS1302是DALLAS公司的一种具有涓细电流充电能力的电路,主要特点是采用串行数据传输,可为掉电保护电源提供可编程的充电功能,并且可以关闭充电功能。采用普通32.768kHz晶振。

JTAG仿真模块

JTAG 仿真器也称为 JTAG 调试器,是通过 ARM 芯片的 JTAG 边界扫描口进行调试的设备。 JTAG 仿真器比较便宜,连接比较方便,通过现有的 JTAG 边界扫描口与 ARM CPU 核通信,属于完全非插入式 ( 即不使用片上资源 ) 调试,它无需目标存储器,不占用目标系统的任何端口,而这些是驻留监控软件所必需的。另外,由于 JTAG 调试的目标程序是在目标板上执行,仿真更接近于目标硬件,因此,许多接口问题,如高频操作限制、 AC 和 DC 参数不匹配,电线长度的限制等被最小化了。使用集成开发环境配合 JTAG 仿真器进行开发是目前采用最多的一种调试方式。 图3-5给出了JTAG接口电路的连接图。

SRAM模块:

SRAM(静态随机存取存储器)是一种只要在供电条件下便能够存储数据的存储器件,而且是大多数高性能系统的一个关键部分。SRAM存储器具有众多的架构,各针对一种特定的应用。本文旨在对目前市面上现有的SRAM做全面评述,并简要说明就某些特定用途而言,哪类SRAM存储器是其最佳选择。 SRAM从高层次上可以划分为两个大类:即同步型和异步型。同步型SRAM采用一个输入时钟来启动至存储器的所有事务处理(读、写、取消选定等)。而异步型SRAM则并不具备时钟输入,且必须监视输入以获取来自控制器的命令。一旦识别出某条命令,这些器件将立即加以执行。

FLASH模块(提高部分):

硬盘就是采用磁性物质记录信息的,磁盘上的磁性物质被磁化了就表示1,未被磁化就表示0,因为磁性在断电后不会丧失,所以磁盘断电后依然能保存数据。而内存的储存形式则不同,内存不是用磁性物质,而是用RAM芯片。现在请你在一张纸上画一个“田”,就是画一个正方形再平均分成四份,这个“田”字就是一个内存,这样,“田”里面的四个空格就是内存的储存空间了,这个储存空间极小极小,只能储存电子。

2.5 硬件设计小结

在一周的硬件设计中,最为麻烦的就是对于芯片资料的获取。因为在整个设计的过程中,对于所使用的软件—Protel,因此使用起来没有任何的难度。所以硬件设计的关键就是要查找所使用的芯片的资料,包括芯片的功能、管脚及其定义、封装等等。因为我们所查找到的芯片资料几乎都是英文资料,而且涉及的专业词语较多,翻译比较困难。

3.1软件设计任务概述

一. 功能要求:

在程序开始运行时,屏幕中心部位上先刷新显示0,10%,20%, 30%至100%,然后消失进入功能界面,界面如下:

二. 功能键要求:

(1) 按下K1键,8个指示灯依次亮一下,之后第一个指示灯一直保持常亮; (2)按下K2键,进入设计的个性界面,请模拟某一主题,设计界面,比如手机界面,利用图片、文字等设计对应的界面;

(3)按下K3键,屏幕将从其它界面返回到功能选择界面;

(4)按下K4键,直流电机开始运行,按下K3键,屏幕返回到功能选择界面,电机停止运行。(提高部分)

3.2 程序设计思路与算法原理 设计思路:

第一步,准备工作。根据功能的要求,需要在液晶显示器上显示的字很多,包括自己将要显示的个性界面。必须用取模软件取我需要显示的字模,从而建立我自己的字模库。

第二步,确定程序主要部分。程序主要部分包括了液晶显示LCD,键盘控制KEY,直流电机运行PID。建立工程时,需要把这三个工程里的头文件复制到我新建的工程里面。

第三步,规划程序布局。用键盘控制各个模块的显示,我们可以将各个模块写成子程序,然后进行调用,使我整个程序清新易懂。

3.5软件设计小结

软件设计无外乎就是对C语言的应用,虽然学习C语言已经有一段时间了,但对他的认识依然停留在最基础的层面上,要想把他们运用到课程设计当中确实还需要好好地再看看。所以在课程实训的开始就听从老师的意见好好地把C语言复习了一遍,整个过程下来虽然没遇到太大的问题,但还是有不少语句没有弄懂的,虽然能不影响功能的实现,但是希望以后可以用更多的时间来他消化。

第五章 实训小结与心得

为期三周的DSP课程实训就这样匆匆而过,这次的实训创造了一个很好的对数字信号处理认识的平台。为了能够让自己在临近毕业,择业就业之际多学点东西,多多的充实自己,在实训期间,我认真听讲,积极参与讨论。加深了我对数字信号处理课程的理解和把握。

此次课程设计硬件与软件相结合,考察了我们绘制电路图和编程的能力,虽然我们所编写的程序是在原有程序例程的基础上进行改进的,但这其中也遇到了不少问题,在老师的精心指导和帮助下,我们先学会了对程序的注释,这样既有助于我们队程序的理解和创新,同时也培养了我们良好的编程习惯。虽然这一过程花了很大一部份时间,但只有扎实的基础,才可以为以后的创新奠定了良好的基础。

通过实践,我深刻的体会的没有实践的学习根本就是纸上谈兵,没什么用处,但一旦我们把所学的知识运用到实践当中,不但可以弥补以前理论学习的漏洞,还可以培养动手能力,培养自己的专业兴趣。

人们常说“聚沙成塔,集腋成裘”。对于如此浩大的工程来说,仅靠一己之力很难完成任务,我们充分分工合作,团结创新,集大众之力解决实际中的一个个难题,每当看到我们离成功或者预想的答案更近一步时,就会感觉离蓝天更近了一步。

虽然时间只有短短的三周,但我们每个人都是收益匪浅。不管是从专业技能来说,还是学习做事方式来说,我们都是一个成功者...
