If the printer is unable to clear the jam

A 13.01.00 error message indicates that the following: media did not arrive at the pre-feed sensor 1. (PS102) within the specified time. The 13.01.00 error can also be caused by the failure of the paperlevel sensor (PS107). If this sensor fails, the lifter motor does not rotate to lift the paper tray plate. 纸张水平传感器（PS107）的错误也能引起13.01.00报错。如果这个传感器故障，电机不会旋转，以致抬纸板不能抬起上纸。
