大型门式起重机两机联合抬吊作业电气控制系统设计

摘要:造船工业近几年发展很快,带动了造船龙门起重机的快速发展进步,特别是大跨距、大吨位的大型造船龙门起重机的广泛应用。在现代化的造船企业大型造船龙门起重机主要用于船坞、船台等的船体建造场地上,完成船体分段垂直升起和下降、平移行走和空中翻身等功能的吊装任务。由于其结构庞大,负载吨位都在几百吨以上,所以它的电气控制系统必须要精准可靠。本文分析了大型门式起重机两机联合抬吊作业电气控制系统设计。 关键词:起重机;两机联合;电气控制;系统设计

Ningxia Yinchuan, 75000, China) Abstract:The rapid development of shipbuilding industry in recent years has led to the rapid development and progress of shipbuilding gantry cranes, especially the wide application of large shipbuilding gantry cranes with large span and large tonnage.In modern shipbuilding enterprises, large shipbuilding gantry cranes are mainly used in hull construction sites, such as docks and berths, to complete the lifting tasks of hull segment vertical rise and descent, translation and walking and aerial turning and other functions.Because of its large structure, load tonnage is more than a few hundred tons, so its electrical control system must be accurate and reliable.Because of its structure, this paper analyzes the design of the electric control system for the combined lifting operation of the large gantry crane.
