摘 要

螺旋传动是一种重要的传动方式,每个机床都有螺旋传动机构。机床中运用的一般是传导螺旋和调整螺旋,传导螺旋用在机床的刀架和工作台的进给机构中,而调整螺旋起到微调的作用。

典型的螺旋运动方式是丝杠转动、螺母移动。利用传动均匀、平稳、准确的优点,以传递运动为主,有较高的传动精度,可承受较大的轴向负荷,主要用于高速回转、连续工作、要求高效率、高精度的场合,如机床的刀架和工作台的进给机构。

本文主要研究螺旋传动及其在机床上的应用,将机床中的螺旋机构运用PRO/E绘图软件进行建模,为机床螺旋机构的设计及优化提供一定的理论依据。

ABSTRACT

Screw drive is an important transmission model; each machine has a screw drive mechanism. Machine is generally conducted in the use of screw and adjusts the screw, screw transmission used in the machine tool holder and the table feed mechanism, while fine-tuning adjustment screw play a role.

A typical way to spread spiral screw rotation, the nut moves. Using transmission uniform, smooth, accurate and advantages, the main motion to pass, a higher transmission accuracy, and can bear large axial load, mainly for high-speed rotation, continuous worλ, requiring high efficiency, high precision of the occasion, If the machine tool holder and the table body institutions.

This main screw drive and its application in the machine, the machine screw mechanism in the use of PRO / E model mapping software on the line, and their bodies on the line some brief analysis for the machine design and optimization of screw mechanism provides a theoretical basis.
