考试时长为125分钟，总分710分，分为作文、听力、阅读、翻译四个题型。

四级英语笔试考试时间流程：

9：00——11：20

8：40——9：00 试音时间

9：00——9：10 阅读考场注意事项，发放考卷，贴条形码9：10——9：40 作文考试阶段

9：40——10：05 听力测试

10：05——10：10 考试暂停5分钟，收答题卡1(即作文和听力)

听力结束后完成剩余考项(阅读和翻译)

11：20全部考试结束。

考试注意事项：

英语四级考试注意事项：

1、四六级考试上午为8：45入场、下午2：45入场，开考时间分别是上午9点和下午15点，一般四级考试在上午、六级考试在下午，迟到考生禁止入场。考生们，前一天一定要定好闹钟，不要睡过

头。

2、听力考试部分需要及时完成答题卡，因为听力结束后考官会及时将听力试卷及答题卡收上。交答题卡及试卷前请仔细核对准考证号、姓名等信息。

3、答题卡上选择题的涂写要均匀，要将答案完全盖往，作文的书写需要采用黑色签字笔。

4、为避免作文书写出现较大失误，如个人感觉时间充足，建议先在稿纸上书写提纲，然后再转移到答题卡上。

5、考试中涂卡，仔细看好题号，边做题边涂卡，做完一部分，再核对一下题号是否正确，如果不对，也只需要改一部分，改答案时，一定要用橡皮擦干净，并且注意有没有擦到其他题目，涂的时候深浅适中，不用太用力去涂。

6、答题尽量字迹工整，卷面整洁。特别是作文和翻译，需要书写的笔墨较多，卷面整洁能给阅卷老师一个很好印象。

考试必备物品：准考证、身份证(学生证)、2B铅笔(2支以上，笔要削得平一些)、橡皮、黑色水笔(两支以上);能听广播的收音机(检查电力是否充足，最好再多备两节电池，带MP3功能的不要带)、手表(手机不允许带入考场)、小刀(开试题册)、直尺(备用)、纸巾(必不可少)。
