1. Sprinklers are to be provided in all plantrooms.

All fire rated doors must be certified as to their rating.

3. Fire dampers must be installed where air ducts penetrate 2-hr fire rated walls and floor and

must be fitted at the wall floor penetration.

Dead end corridors must be minimum 8m in length in new constructions.

Egress corridors must be minimum 1120mm in width.
