Business financial indicators: total profits of 255 million Yuan, beyond the annual budget of 207 million Yuan, beyond the Datang company index 41.89 million Yuan, an increase of 1.76 million Yuan, FCM assessment at grade four. --Energy: power supply standard coal completing 312.25 g/kWh, down 0.1 g/kWh; integrated auxiliary power consumption ratio in 5.12%, down 0.26%; pollutant emissions performance greatly reduced compared to last year, carbon 0.09 g/kWh, sulfur dioxide 0.104 g/kWh NOx 0.512 g/kWh; dust removaefficiency of more than 99.8%. --Reliability index: equivalent availability factor in 93.47%, increased 7.95% from a year earlier. Equivalent forced outage rate 0.08%, 0.16% reduction over the same period a year earlier. 1. 网络系统工程包括系统集成、网络设备和综合布线三大部分。综合布线工程是网络线路的分布安装工程,系统集成是根据用户需求,优选各种技术和产品,将综合布线系统和网络交换设备连接并使各部分能协调工作,成为一个完整的,运行高效、安全、可靠的网络系统的工程。为了加强网络系统集成项目的验收管理,规范、有效的组织验收工作,高质量完成验收任务,保证验收后达到网络设计的目标,网络系统正常、可靠运行,特制定本规范。
2. 适用范围:本规范适用于河海大学校园网络系统工程项目和接入校园网的网络系统项目的验收。
3. 单位名称
本规范中涉及的有关单位的含义规定如下: 使用单位;指网络系统工程项目的直接使用单位。 负责单位;指代表河海大学签订网络系统工程项目的单位。 施工单位:网络系统工程项目的施工单位,包括承包商。 4. 网络系统工程项目的验收由项目负责单位和使用单位会同项目施工单位、审计单位等共同进行。
5. 网络设备通常包含于系统集成或综合布线工程项目中,作为这些项目的一部分进行验收。系统集成和综合布线项目可以分别验收。验收的基本单位是合同。
6. 验收以国家有关规范、网络系统工程项目合同、技术要求书、施工设计报告、经审核的合同变更补充协议为依据。
7. 设备验收

8.1. 验收按通信行业标准:《大楼通信综合布线系统》YD/T926.1~3和《数字通信用对绞/星绞对称电缆》YD/T838.1~4,《建筑与建筑群综合布线系统工程验收规范》GB/T50312-2000,《建筑与建筑群综合布线工程系统设计规范GBT/T 50311-2000进行。
8.2. 施工单位在完成项目后,提交工程文档资料一式三份(附电子文档1份)交责任单位。

9.3. 由项目责任单位会同有关部门组织系统集成项目验收。并出具验收报告。验收内容包括:

(2) 网络拓扑图。网络拓扑图包括: 广域网的连接拓扑(可选)、 各个局域网之间通过WAN的连接拓朴、 主干网的连接拓扑、 主交换设备之间连接、 交换机和交换机之间的连接、 次交换机及集线器之间的连接、 服务器,打印机以及其它网络服务设备的连接、 网络站点的连接。
(3) 网络的规划报告。指的是网络设置信息包括:网段,域,VLAN等。
(4) 网络设备信息清单。包括:设备分类清单、网络互联设备清单、 路由器信息、 路由器路由表、交换机端口列表、 服务器。
(5) 单机、网络测试验收
(6) 正常运行时网络重点端口的流量(网络基准测试)路由器或交换机端口流量趋势图、流量趋势。

10.1. 网络交换设备若由系统集成商提供,网络系统集成验收按本规范执行。网络交换设备若由使用单位提供,则网络系统集成的目标由使用单位和系统集成商协商,在合同中确定。 10.2. 网络系统集成与综合布线系统相关的连接部分(包括连接线即跳线),不论是由系统集成商提供,还是由综合布线工程方提供,均则按本规范执行,连接线应达到相应的技术检测标准并且跳线两端有相同的标识,连接线每24根为一组,每组序号为1~24;每组一色,5组之内不得有重色。
10.3. 集成商对整个连接进行可靠性测试,并提交测试报告。 11. 项目负责单位在收到系统集成项目申请工程验收书后,应及时组织使用、审计、项目施工等单位人员先进行现场验收,再根据提交的系统测试数据及完整的工程文档,对照验收标准逐项逐条核实,确定合格后,提交验收证明意见。
12. 本规范自发布之日起试行。 13. 本规范由信息中心负责解释。

测试过程按照验收要求的内容和步骤进行,观察和记录测试结果,分析性能测试方案获取的数据,在结论栏填写相应结果,如有不符,在备注栏填写相应现象。
验收测试分为两大部分:一、单机性能测试;二、全网性能测试。
