########大桥主桥采用66+3x120+66=492米预应力混凝土连续刚构,大桥上部结构采用双幅分离式结构的单室单箱梁,箱梁顶面宽12.0米,箱宽6.5米。

本桥纵向分析采用同济大学桥梁博士之直线桥梁结构设计施工计算程序。

一.主要计算参数和假定

考虑目前施工单位尚未提供具体有关的施工方案和施工挂蓝情况等,以下施工控制参数为拟定值。

1.材料特性和计算参数

主梁采用50号混凝土,混凝土容重2.625吨/立方米,50号混凝土弹性模量为3.5×104Mpa,抗压设计强度28.5Mpa,线膨胀系数α=1×105,混凝土材料的收缩徐变特性全

部按照规范规定取值。

预应力采用钢绞线束施加,钢绞线弹性模量取1.95×105MPa,钢绞线采用ASTM A416-92标准270级低松弛钢绞线,公称直径15.24mm,公称面积140mm2,抗拉标准强度为1860MPa。

预应力波纹管道采用VSL PT-PLUS塑料波纹管,真空辅助压浆。锚具设计采用VSL EC型锚具。

钢束设计采用19股(中跨底束)、12股(边跨底束及合拢束)和22股(顶束)三种不同股数钢绞线,对应锚具采用VSL EC-19型、VSL EC-12型和VSL EC-22型锚具,对应波纹管采用φ内100mm和φ内76mm两种波纹管。

单个锚具回缩6mm,成孔面积对应φ

100mm和φ

76mm两种波纹管分别为

10568mm2和6504mm2,孔道摩阻系数μ=0.15和偏差系数k=0.0012。

2.施工环境和温度模式

(1)施工环境按野外一般条件湿度。 (2)温度模式:

a)均匀温差成分:升温取25℃,降温取-20℃。

3.施工工序

本桥下部结构为群桩基础,采用钻孔施工;上部结构采用悬臂浇注法双T同时施工,先合拢中跨,然后合拢次中跨,最后合拢边跨。边跨现浇段采用落地支架及合拢段才采用合拢支架施工。

4.桥梁线形

本桥为直线桥,位于R=10000米的不对称竖曲线上,纵坡为2.099%和-2.1%,竖曲线顶点位于中跨。曲线对结构影响较小,因此在计算中假定本桥为平直桥,在计算中未考虑竖曲线的影响。

5.挂篮型式和临时荷载

上部结构悬浇最大块件重量为130吨,设计计算中将挂篮、模板等施工外载取130吨的0.45倍,即60吨。并暂假定挂篮、模板重心距已浇梁段前端0.5米位置。

边跨合拢挂篮、吊架和模板等施工外载30吨,每侧按15吨取。中跨合拢挂篮、吊架和模板等施工外载30吨,两侧各施加15吨,作用点距悬臂端部50厘米。

6.二期恒载和运营活载

(1)二期恒载:6.2t/m

(2)活载:三列汽超20,一列挂120,人群荷载按0.35t/m2,人行道净宽1m. 偏载放大系数近似全桥一致取1.1。 横向分布系数:汽车 3×0.78×1.1=2.574 挂车 1.1 人群 1.1

7.竖向预应力

每根粗钢筋设计张拉控制应力σK=0.9Rby=675Mpa,张拉力543KN,考虑锚具回缩2毫米,松弛7%,则对2.8米长粗钢筋近似损失应力:σS =0.002*2*105/2.8 +7%*675=190.1Mpa≈0.3σK。近似按全部粗钢筋有效拉应力0.7σK。

粗钢筋纵向布置间距50厘米,横向每侧腹板2根共4根,则每延米竖向预加力F=8*0.7*543=3041KN。

二.结构离散

本次计算将整个桥梁离散为80个单元,节点按照顺序划分。单元划分见如下结构离散图

三.施工阶段内力和正应力计算结果

根据施工阶段划分表中各施工工序,进行了详细计算。最大悬臂阶段即16阶段,成桥阶段即21阶段主梁的内力、上下缘应力如下。
