He studies English attentively. (attentively

He is an expert, I’m sure..(I’m sure.

He learns it easily, and what’s more, he remembers what he has learnt. (what’s more为连接性状语)

To be honest,I don’t appreciate the novel a little.

Generally speaking, scientists have more curiosity in exploring knowledge. Frankly,I look on it as a promising experiment.

Perhaps it will, perhaps it won’t. There’s no doubt that you’re right. Certainly they must know the answers 肯定

Luckily, the police caught the thief.

The children understandably left the classroom to paly after a day’s study.

Foolishly, I didn’t write what he said down.

Not only will I help you with your English, but I’ll teach you how to live happily in future.

1.half

Well begun is half done.

——Do you like the book? ——Not half!

To his surprise, his wife does enjoy the dress which he himself think it just so so.

In all frankness,he disagrees with you.

As it turned out/As it happened,he passed the final examination. If I may say so,his speech was not much of a success.

What’s worse,he failed in the final examination.

To be continued
