On this basis ,it has indeed cost us a great deal .from the moment we open the credit till the time our buyers pay us,our funds are tied up for about four months.

Under the present circumstances,this question is particularly taxing due to the tight money conditions and the unprecedented high bank interest.If you would kindly grant easier payment terms ,we are sure that such an accommodation would be conducive to encouraging more business.We propose payment either by “Cash against Document on arrival of goods”or “Drawing on us at three months sight”.
