胃癌肿瘤标志物在手术前后检测临床意义的表达

【摘要】 目的：探讨胃癌患者手术前后血清中CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72- 4、CA19-9值的变化，以评估手术疗效中的应用价值。方法：入组胃癌患者40例，检测患者手术前、后血清中CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72-4、CA19-9的高低，进行同一患者手术前后结果对照。结果：胃癌根治术后患者血清CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72- 4、CA19-9值明显低于手术前（P<0.05），而仅行姑息性手术的患者血清CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72- 4、CA19-9值与术前相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：胃癌患者血清CEA、CA125、CA242、CA72- 4、CA19-9存在高水平表达，可用于胃癌手术疗效及预后情况的评估。 【关键词】 胃癌; 血清; 肿瘤标志物

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the serum levels of CEA，CA125，CA242，CA72- 4，CA19-9 of patients with gastric cancer before and after operation and their significance in evaluate operation effect.Method：Detecting the serum CEA，CA125，CA242，CA72-4，CA19-9 levels in the 40 cases of gastric cancer before and after operation，and making statistic analysis of them.Result：The serum CEA，CA125，CA242，CA72-4，CA19-9 levels in the patients with gastric cancer after radical operation were lower than those before operation（P<0.05）.But the variation wasn’t observed after palliative operation（P>0.05）.Conclusion：The serum levels of CEA，CA125，CA242，CA72-4，CA19-9 are high of patients with gastric cancer，their detection can be used to evaluate the efficacy of operation for gastric cancer. 【Key words】 Gastric cancer; Serum; Tumor marker

我国胃癌的发病病例处逐年上升趋势，胃癌肿瘤标志物的检测在诊断和手术前后疗效评估有重要意义，40岁以上的人群体检时，常规查CEA对恶性肿瘤高发地区的筛选，有一定的参考价值，血清肿瘤标志物近年来不仅被用于恶性肿瘤的早期诊断，还被用于治疗效果的评估
