摘要

改革开放三十多年来，我国建筑业得到了持续快速的发展，建筑业在国民经济中的支柱产业地位不断加强，对国民经济的拉动作用也将更加显著。在这其中，建筑工人是推动目前和未来建筑行业持续、健康、快速发展的重要力量之一。当前房地产热已经吸引了更多的、不同层次的劳动力涌入建筑业成为新一代建筑工人。自从涉县提出“建设三省交界区域次中心城市”的口号以来，不断调整产业结构，壮大主导产业，转变增长方式，推动县域经济全面协调可持续发展，尤其是涉县建筑业得到了持续快速的发展，建筑行业在涉县经济各行业中所占比重仅次于工业，对涉县经济的发展有举足轻重的作用。同时市场经济的快速发展，使得建筑施工面临着激烈的市场竞争，给中国建筑工人带来难得的发展机遇的同时，也带来了不可避免的冲击和挑战。在建筑行业发展的如此状态下，探讨建筑工人的生存状况具有十分重要的意义。

本项目采用问卷调查与个别访谈的研究方法，针对涉县建筑工地分散大、数量大的特点，共走访了涉县龙山庭院、体育场、原小电厂建筑工地，调查人次170人，问卷总数170份，有效问卷共160份，同时在正式实施调查前我们也上网搜索了大量的相关资料，阅读了《中国建筑工人问题的困局与出路》等相关书目与文章。

本项目运用社会学相关知识与实证研究相结合的方法，通过对问卷调查与个别访谈所得数据进行分析比较，以Excel数据统计分析为工具，对建筑工人的结构与特点、工作环境、社会地位与人际交往等

进行剖析，建立了对涉县建筑工人现存问题和未来的基本判断，明确了涉县建筑工人在新时期的发展趋势（组织化程度的提高），并结合涉县建筑行业自身发展的特点及区域经济的影响，提出从人力资源管理、社会劳动保障、社会宣传等方面来营造涉县建筑行业健康发展的相关环境。

随着涉县建筑行业的发展及城镇化进程的推进，涉县建筑行业将迅速升温，但是关于建筑工人生存状况的研究仍处于探索阶段，因此研究涉县建筑工人生存状况存在的问题，对涉县城镇的建设和发展有重要的意义。

Abstract

Reform and opening up, China construction for more than 30 years have continued to improve fast development, construction in the national economy strengthen ceaselessly, pillar industry status to the national economy and the stimulus will be even more significant. In this one, a construction worker is to promote the current and future construction industry continuous, healthy and rapid development of one of the important forces. The current estate fever has attracted more, different levels of labor into construction become a new generation of construction workers. Since She Xian proposed \central city\structure, strengthen the leading industries, transform the economic growth pattern, intra-county economic comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, Especially She Xian construction got continued fast development, the construction industry in She Xian economic sectors in proportion to She Xian after industry, economic development plays an important role. Meanwhile the rapid development of market economy, make construction facing the intense market competition, give China construction workers bring rare development opportunities at the same time, also brought the inevitable impact and challenges. In the construction sector development, this paper discusses the so state living situation of construction worker has very important significance.

This project by sociology related knowledge of combining with empirical research method, through the questionnaire survey and individual interview carries on the analysis comparison, income data to Excel statistic analysis of construction workers, based on the structure and features, working environment, social status and interpersonal interaction are analyzed, such as established She Xian construction workers on the basic problems and future existing judgment, clear the She Xian construction workers in the new period of development trend (for example: construction workers part-time psychological demand factors in improving construction workers, encouraging the role of enthusiasm She Xian), and combining the characteristics of construction industry itself and the regional economic development, this paper puts forward the

influence from human resource management, labor and social security, social publicity to build the healthy development of the construction industry She Xian related environment.

Along with the development of She Xian building industry and the advancement of urbanization, She Xian construction industry will warm up quickly about construction workers, but the survival conditions of research is still in exploration stage, so the She Xian construction workers survival problems existing in the construction and development of the She Xian town has an important significance.
