从小到大我吃过许多常州风味的小吃，但唯独双桂坊那鲜美无比的小笼包难以忘怀，至今回味起来，仿佛仍有余味在舌尖缭绕。

凡到常州来的游客，都要来品味大麻糕、萝卜干、小笼包等。其中最受欢迎的还要数双桂坊的小笼包了，它皮薄、汁多、馅大，出笼后热气腾腾的样子，分外惹人馋，从外表看过去，晶莹透亮，连里面的汁都看得见，说以有别名“汤包”。

小笼包的皮很薄，原因是选择的精致面粉细细加工而成，每只小笼包的个头都一样大小，一笼一般有8只，它们排的整整齐齐，小巧玲珑，惹人喜爱。这刚刚出笼的它们娇嫩得很呢，倘你轻轻把皮剥开，准能清晰地看见用纯精肉、虾仁和蟹肉做成的陷。汁中不会以味精充入，而是用了浓浓的鸡汤搅拌进去，再放入适量的调料，使其更美味，嚼于口中嫩嫩的、滑滑的、香香的。那么蒸小笼包也是有讲究的哦。火候一定要把握好。熟透的小笼包半透明的，隐见汤汁流于馅中，称之为汤包果然名副其实啊！

与其称赞小笼包的看相好，不如痛痛快快吃起来啊！面对一笼热气腾腾的美味飘逸的包子，我情不自禁拿起筷子夹起一个，先咬开它那蝉翼一般的皮，一股鲜美的汤汁准会溢出来，流进你的口中。或是不由自主“吮”，香气四溢，好吃，好吃，真好吃！可是心急吃不了热豆腐，要是哪位“猴人”急着去咬开它的轻薄的皮，汁准会烫着你，这时你“狼吞虎咽”也不行，“细嚼慢咽”也不可。我最爱的小笼包啊，每次遇见你都忍不住把你“赶”进我的肚子里，我一口气能吃掉一笼呢，回家后什么也吃不下。说到这，你也会馋涎欲滴了吧，迫不及待想要品尝这美味吧，那快来常州一饱口福哦！

现在，我们生活富裕了，五花八门的美食也纷纷涌现。在这些种类繁多的美食里，我最喜欢的就是历史悠久的北京烤鸭。

13 There was a day I still remember today. It was a volunteer day.

In the morning I went to the park and helped the cleaner to clean it up. After doing that, I went to the City Hospital to sing for a group of sick people and cheer them up. At noon, I became a translator for an exhibition after having a quick lunch. When it was 5 o’clock, I helped teach some kids at the local after-class care centre.

I think that being a volunteer is great. That was the day that I will never forget.
