《求是》红旗文稿调研组作了《一种全新教育理念的实践》的调研报告;《广西日报》以《科学发展,理念先行》和《“八桂讲坛”首传“悟学理念”》作了报道;《广西教育》以《悟学式教学法的实践与研究》为题作了报道,《基础教育研究》杂志刊登了《“悟学理念”的探索与思考》的论文。《学生双语报》以《教以生为本,学以悟为根》为题作了报道;《中学生报》以《悟学终身,和谐发展》为题作了报道;《新课程报》先后以《少年强则国家强,教师强则少年强》、《一个带头教改的教育领导者》和《用自己的语言来说话,用自己的话来写文章》为题作了报道。其中由教育部主管的:《人民教育》刊登了《悟学理念》的论文,《基础教育参考》以《带着教育的理想,追求理想的教育》为题作了报道,《中国教师报》以《已作主,悟为根》为题在《教育家周刊》作了报道并以《姚伟文的“教改经”》为题在头版头条作了长篇特别报道,《中国教育报》以《教育就是感动,学习就是感悟》作了采访报道,《新教育》以《姚伟文的“教育思想国”》为题在作了长篇特别报道??。《人民网》、《新华网》、《国研网》、《共产党员网》、《天津网》、《凤凰网》和《求是》红旗文稿新视点等数十家网站转载报道。“悟学理念”引发社会强烈反响,不少专家认为“悟学理念”是一个终身教育、终身学习、终身发展的理念。
经过深入调研和思考, 姚伟文提出并践行了:一是贯彻教育工作总体要求(抓住立德树人这个教育的根本, 坚持党的教育方针, 全面推进素质教育,办好人民满意的教育)。二是树立终身学习理念(“悟学理念”: 学习者是学习的主人,要做到“五明”;学习者要注重活学,做到“五跳”;学习者要讲究巧学,做到“五善”;学习者要达到乐学,注重“五感”;学习者要不断增强,做到“五要”。强调践行“智者明法,慧者通道;道法得心,术器应手”;“悟学就是看进去、听清楚、读懂了、悟出来。内化于心脑,外化于言行;用自己的语言来说话,用自己的话来写文章”;“教以生为本,教是为了不教;学以悟为根,学是为了活学。”)。三是明确教育工作方向(“六个发展”:办科学发展的教育,办均衡发展的教育,办内涵发展的教育,办规范发展的教育,办创新发展的教育,办和谐发展的教育)。四是践行教育工作思路(“三个优化、三个确保”;优化教育管理,确保教育安全有序;优化教育教学,确保教育质量提高;优化教育队伍,确保教育和谐发展)。五是践行“悟学式教学法”:营造“以生为本,面向全体;以悟为根,先学后教;以巧为法,教为不教;以乐为程,学为活学;以创为要,健康发展”生态高效的“悟学式课堂”。六是善处教育工作关系(“善处十种关系”:主观与客观,理论与实践,稳定与发展,努力与方向,动力与方法,能力与文凭,过程与结果,肯定与否定,长大与伟大,奉献与享受)。七是实现教育工作目标(“办人民满意的教育”:坚持教育方针,着力立德树人、素质教育;教以生为本,教是为了不教;学以悟为根,学是为了活学;努力办好人民满意的教育,使“祖国校园成为人才辈出的摇篮,中华大地成为英才涌现的宝库”)。
