为此，我公司将投入三支整套施工队伍，把每支队伍大致分为基层清理工作队，铺贴卷材工作队、表层工作队，基他配合工种工作队等，各工序做到一次成活，一次成优，由公司所在工程项目部统一调配管理。

本工程根据工程情况和甲方具体要求安排工序：

此材料采用SBS改性沥青为主要材料加工制成，是近年来深受社会推崇的一种新型防水 卷材，具有高温不流淌，低温柔度好，延伸率大，不脆裂，耐疲劳，抗老化，韧性强，抗撕裂强度和耐穿刺性能好，使用寿命长，防水性能优异。采用热熔施工法，把卷材热熔搭接，溶合为一体，形成

1、 严把材料关，我公司对本项目采取直接厂家进货渠道，材料出厂直接送入工地，避免中转节

点过多造成材料损坏或假冒伪劣。

2、 严格施工规范，施工过程中严格接施工规范要求施工，确保工程质量优良。

3、 落实“三检制”，实行“三检制”（即自检、专职检、交接检），对各分项工程质量实行全数检

验，对工人班组实行优质、优价原则，达不到优良等级时，不服管理人员的工资20%做为罚款。

二、保证安全的组织措施：

1、认真贯彻执行国家和有关省市安全生产规定以及“安全第一、预防为主”的方针，坚持“管理生产必须管安全”的原则，落实安全岗位责任制，强化安全管理，严格遵守操作规程，杜绝违章指挥和操作。

2、施工现场配备安全员一名，监督检查安全，发现隐患及时向项目经理反馈情况。

3、现场专职安全员，必须及时组织施工员、技术员及有关班组长对现场中安全情况进行验收，如实地填定有关安全记录表。

4、进入施工现场的人员，必须佩戴安全帽，现场大门门卫，对未戴安全帽人员，有权拒绝进入现场。

5、进场前，工地应组织一次详细的安全技术交底，及时组织所有操作人员交底。

6、所有进入现场的施工班组，新入场工人或变换工种时，项目部安全员必须及时进行科场安全教育，建立安全教育卡，否则不得参加施工，并进行定期检查和不定期巡查。

7、施工人员进行现场时，必须与之签订安全管理合同或协议书，明确双方责任，制定相应的安全保证措施。

8、各种附加剂要放入库房内由专人保管，专人保管，并远离火源，灭火器要准备得当。 9、派专人负责清理现场的道路，保障其畅通。

1、组织措施：

落实多层次的进度控制人员，具体任务和工作责任，建立进度保证组织系统，按施工项目的结构，进展的阶段或合同结构等进行项目分解，确定其进度目标，确定进度目标，确定进度保证工作制度，如检查时间、方法、协调会议时间，参加人数，对影响进度的因素进行分析，研究，做出相对应的办法措施，行之有效地确保进度完成，做好调度工作。
