摘 要：

随着网络的普及,网络技术的不断更新,日益剧增的新颖,网络资源作为一种素材的形式在世界范围得到不断的发展,它突破了传统的教学资源在空间和时间上的限制,实现了教育资源在最大程度上的共享.网络教育资源共享是对教育的增进,是对教育的突破,同时保障了教育的完善性,方便了教师和学生的教学,大大的节省了学习的时间,而且还大大的提高了教学资源的可利用率.尤其在高校里,如何实现教学资源信息化管理,这就充分发挥了网络的力量,帮助师生解决资源下载,管理,储存,促使资源共享这个平台得以更好的发挥.

Abstract：

Along with the network popularization, the network technology unceasing renewal, growing novel, cyber source as a material in the form of the world gets ceaseless development, it breaks through the traditional teaching resources in space and time constraints, to achieve the education resources to the greatest extent of the sharing of network educational resources sharing is about. Education is to promote education, breakthrough, at the same time ensuring education is perfect, convenient for teachers and students in teaching, which greatly saves the time of learning, but also greatly enhance the teaching resource availability. Especially in universities, how to realize the teaching resource informatization management, which give full play to the the power of the network, to help teachers and students to solve resources, management, storage, make resource sharing this platform to better display.

目前,我们有时候为了学习,会上网寻找资源,没有一个教学资源库的设计,需要资源的时候,大家都会到校园网以外的资源下载,这样就大大降低了资源的利用率.为了提高教学资源的利用率,可以建立一个规范,丰富,实用的高校网络教学资源共享系统.
