产学研合作教育视角下地方农业院校应用型本科人才培养的制约因素分析

摘 要 大众化高等教育背景下, 应用型人才的培养问题已引起各个高校的高度重视，地方农业院校不仅承担着服务本地区社会经济发展的重担，还肩负着为所在区域社会和经济发展培养并输送对口适用的应用型人才。因此，在应用型本科人才的培养过程中必须体现区域性和地方性的特点，作为高校而言有必要根据地方和高校人才培养实际，认真分析应用型本科人才培养的制约因素。

Abstract In the context of mass higher education, application-oriented talents issue has caused great attention in various colleges and universities, local agricultural service institutions in the region not only bear the burden of social and economic development, but also for the shoulder region to develop social and economic development and transportation counterparts apply application-oriented talents. Therefore, application-oriented course of the training must reflect the regional and local characteristics, as colleges, and universities need training according to local practice, a careful analysis of application-oriented training constraints.
