SPECIFICATION FOR AIR HANDLING UNIT

1. Scope

This document is the technical requirements for the recirculation air handling unit; make up air unit; exhaust air fan unit (with functional section) using in the ***** project.

2. Definitions and abbreviations

2.1 Definition

AHU – Air handling unit, including recirculation air handling unit, make up air unit, exhaust air fan unit with functional sections.

2.2 Abbreviations

Any requirements specified in the clauses of this section of the specification shall prevail over any conflicting requirements in these standards.

4. Air handling unit technical requirement空调处理机组技

术要求

4.1 Unit 空调箱

4.1.1 General requirement通用要求

The HVAC cooling media is 6~12℃ chilled water, from black utility system. 暖通空调系统冷源为6~12℃冷冻水,来自公用系统。

The HVAC heating media is 60~50℃ hot water, from black utility system. 暖通空调系统热源为60~50℃热水,来自公用系统。

The HVAC humidifier media is 0.2MPa clean steam, from clean utility system. 暖通空调系统加湿器采用0.2Mpa洁净蒸汽,来自公用系统。 All the inlet and outlet of the AHU should be with manual damper by AHU supplier.

所有空调箱的及出口须由空调箱的供应商提供手动风阀。

For the AHUs which have no coil, the velocity of the section should no more than 2.5m/s.

对于所有无盘管的空调箱,空调箱的断面风速不得大于2.5m/s。

4.2 Unit Casing箱体

4.2.1 All AHUs should have no-through-metal on all wall, floor, doorframe, and ceiling

sections and doors. AHU designated to operate at locations with high temperature and humidity conditions shall have a true thermal break construction. A thermal break should be equivalent to an epoxy bridge. Tape, caulk, paint, gaskets, or similar items are considered unacceptable as a true thermal break.

所有机组需提供由连续的金属制作的墙板,底板,门框和顶板以及门。空调箱须具有满足在高温高湿工况下运行的保温性能。任何位于框架,胶条,填缝,涂层,垫圈或类似的部分发生的热传导将不被接受。

4.2.2 For walls and ceiling, the casing panel skins shall be a minimum 1.0mm thick zinc

coated steel with powder coated on external & inner surfaces.

对于机组侧壁和顶板,箱体板材应为至少1.0毫米后的镀锌钢板,外表面和内表面均要进行粉末喷涂处理。

4.2.3 Floors of units shall be minimum 1.0mm thickness galvanized steel sheet with

colour powder coating on external and inner surfaces, adequately supported to ensure no buckling or deformation takes place as a result of maintenance foot traffic.

机组的底部应为最小1.0毫米厚的镀锌钢板,外表面和内表面均要进行粉末喷涂处理,加固良好以确保无弯曲或变形产生。

4.2.4 The internal surfaces of all sections shall be constructed with stainless steel 304

material. The thickness should be no less than 1mm.

机组所有功能段的内表面采用SS304不锈钢材料制造,不锈钢材料的厚度不得小于1.0毫米。

4.2.5 Insulation shall be continuous at joints and corners to eliminate all paths for cold

tracking. All rivets used in the construction of the casing shall be of the sealed type.

保温应确保在联结和转角处保持连续,以消除冷桥,所有用于外科制作的铆钉应为封闭型。

4.2.6 All the unit casing panels and doors shall be designed to prevent from “cold

bridge”. The insulation shall be PU or rockwool and the performance of all the

panels & doors shall comply with thermal bridging factor of TB2 Class and thermal transmittance performance of T2 Class as per EN1886. TB2:0.6?Kb≤0.75, T2: 0.5?u≤1 w/m2k.

shall not cause condensation in operation environment.

4.2.8 Vapour seal all penetrations in the casing due to bolts, pipes, conduits, cables, etc.

with non-setting polyurethane FDA “food grade” sealant. For penetrations larger than 25mm dia., provide insulation sleeves of Polyurethane, sealed to the inside and outside casing of the unit.

使用聚氨酯FDA“食品级”密封剂封闭所有由螺栓、管道、管线等引起的在外壳的穿孔。若穿孔直径大于25毫米,提供聚氨酯的保温套管,封闭机组外壳的内外侧。

4.2.9 The load from equipment shall not be carried by the casing or any of the panels of

the casing. All equipment shall be separately supported by support frames independent of the casing. All support frames shall be of galvanized steel

(galvanized after fabrication, bolts nuts and washers shall be 304 stainless steel).

由设备照成的承载不应由外壳或外壳的任何一块板材承担,所有设备应分别由独立于外壳的支架支撑,该支撑至少应为镀锌钢材料。

4.2.10 The unit shall be provided with 200mm height support frame, which is made from rotproof “C” type channel at unit bottom. All the support frames shall be the part of the tendering package of AHU.

机组应在机组底部提供200毫米高度的“C”型钢支架作为底座,所有底部支撑应作为空调箱机组供货合同的一部分。

4.2.11 Air handling units shall be pressure tested for leaks to a minimum of 1.5 times the maximum static pressure of the fan. Allowable loss is less than 1% of design air flow. Air leakage shall be L1 according with BS EN1886.

所有空调机组需在至少1.5倍的机组风机最大静压下进行测试,可接受的最大漏风率为设计风量的1%,同时还泄漏率等级依据EN 1886应为L1。 4.2.12 Lifting lugs extending beyond the footprint of the finished AHU should have the

capability to be removed.

空调箱在完成吊装之后,所有吊耳应能够被移除。

4.2.13 Removable panels should be installed and located to facilitate coil removal and

appropriate provisions should be made for fan component removal.

须提供可移除的壁板以方便盘管的拆除以及电机部件的拆除。

4.2.14 Condensate drain traps shall be sufficiently designed and constructed so as to not

cause puddling (standing water) within the air handler during its maximum operational capability. Manufacturers shall provide calculations and detailed dimensions for proper P-trapping required to meet the in-field installation

conditions at maximum operation. All the traps shall be the part of the tendering package of AHU.

冷凝水盘的存水弯的设计需满足在空调箱的最大负荷的情况下的存水及排水能力要求。制造商须提供详细的计算以及存水弯的尺寸要求以满足现场在设备最大运行工况下的要求。所有的存水弯供应由空调箱厂商提供。 4.2.15 Casing strength should comply with EN1886 class D1.

4.3 Coils盘管

4.3.1 General: Maximum face velocity:通用规定:最大面风速

Cooling coils: 2.0 m/s.冷盘管:2.0m/s

Heating coils: 2.0 m/s.热盘管:2.0m/s

Maximum fin pitch: 550 fins/m最大翅片数:550片/米

Water side pressure drop : 50 kPa Maximum水侧压力降:最高50kpa Maximum system operating pressure: 1.6MPa最大系统运行压力:1.6Mpa

4.3.2 Coil water inlet shall be at low level on the air off side of coil and outlet shall be at

high level on the air on side of the coil.

盘管进水口应位于盘管出风侧的低位,回水口应在盘管进风侧的高位。 4.3.3 All coils shall be fitted onto 304L SS tracks for ease of removal.

所有盘管须安装在SS304L的导轨上,以利于移出盘管。

4.3.4 Coils shall have the standard manufacturer catalogue numbers recorded in the

maintenance manual. Coils shall be copper tube aluminium fin type (fin surfaces shall be blue fins) with a by-pass factor of not greater than 0.05. The spacing of fins shall be minimum 1.8mm for all the AHU.

盘管须具备盘管生产厂家的维护手册中记录标准产品目录中的数据。盘管应为铜管铝翅片(翅片须为blue fins),其旁通因数小于0.05.所有空调设备的翅片间距至少为1.8毫米。

4.3.5 All coil fins shall be blue fin completed with stainless steel 304 frame.

所有盘管的框架材料应为SS304不锈钢材料,翅片为blue fins。 4.3.6 All the coil should have the ARI certification.

所有盘管须具有ARI认证。

4.3.7 Coils shall include a vent at the top of the highest header and drain at the bottom of the lowest header. The vent and drain shall be fitted with screwed plugs of stainless steel (304).

盘管应包括位于最高集水管的顶部的通风口和最低集水管的底部的排水口,通风口和排水口应配备不锈钢(304材料)的螺旋堵头。

4.3.8 All cooling coils & heat-recovery coils shall have condensate trays shall be

constructed of 1.2 mm thick 304 stainless steel, drain pipes shall be 304 stainless steel until external to the casing. Condensate trays shall be double wall structure with min 25mm PU and 15 mm PE insulation.

所有冷却盘管和热回收盘管应配备冷凝水集水盘,冷凝水集水盘应由1.2毫米后的SS304不锈钢支撑,排水管应为SS304不锈钢并应至机组外壳的外部,集水盘提供至少25毫米后的PU和15毫米后的PE保温层。

4.3.9 Eliminators shall be fitted to ensure no water drops enter the air stream.

4.3.10 Insulate condensate drain pipes which are external to the air off side of the coil

section or not above condensate tray with tubular section elastomeric material with

a smooth natural finish and Vapour sealing properties, install without splitting. Glue and tape to provide continuous vapour seal.

在盘管出风外部或不高于冷凝水集水盘的冷凝水排水管,须采用带有光滑表面和汽闭特性的管状弹性材料保温,安装时不得有缺口,胶水和胶带须保证连续的汽闭。

4.3.11 Provide ANSI Class 150 mated flanges for coils.

为盘管提供满足ANSI 150的法兰。

4.3.12 Heat recovery coil shall be of the efficiency performance as below:

热回收盘管须具有以下的效率。

Minimum 70% of sensible efficiency under the operating condition in summer & winter modeEfficiency performance of heat recovery shall be calculated as per ASHRAE standard 84 and ARI standard 1060.

效率计算须依据ASHRAE 84和ARI 1060标准,在冬季和夏季的工况下,其运行状况下的效率至少为70%。

The conditions of heat recovery coil as following: 盘管热回收的运行工况 Summer夏季

4.4 Fans

4.4.1 Product should be AMCA certified.

4.4.2 Unit mounted supply and exhaust air fans and exhaust air fans shall be plug fan.

机组送风机和排风机应为无蜗壳风机。

4.4.3 Fans shall be designed to reach the maximum efficiency at 65 - 85% of design

maximum airflow rate.

风机应在最大设计风量的65 - 85%时达到最大效率。

4.4.4 The fans shall be selected and commissioned to provide their rated air flow as

specified with the filter resistance increase at 100% of the difference between clean and fully loaded resistance.

在空气过滤器阻力从洁净到增至100%满负荷的范围内,该风机应选择和调试能满足规定的额定风量的产品。

4.4.5 The VSD range of fan motor shall be within 45 – 55Hz when achieving design

point.

当达到设计点时,风机马达的变频调速应在45至55 Hz的范围内。

4.4.6 Spare capacity of fan motor selection shall be not less than 15%.

风机电机选型时应预留15%的余量。

4.4.7 Panels and framework shall be constructed of heavy-gauge steel, pre-punched for

ease of installation, with die-formed flanges and welded corners. Rigid steel gussets shall be welded to the frame and motor supports to assure precise drive alignment and reduce low frequency vibration.

面板和框架应由厚规格钢制成,预先穿孔以易于安装,带模具制成的法兰和焊接角。硬质铁制角撑板应焊接在支架和马达支撑,以确保准确的驱动对准度,并减少低频震动。

4.4.8 Fan wheels (impellers) shall be of the non-overloading airfoil centrifugal type. Fan

wheels (impellers) shall be statically and dynamically balanced so that they are vibration free at all speeds. Fan wheel shall be constructed of anti-corrosion treated carbon steel.

风机叶轮为非过载的后向叶片叶轮,并进行动态和静态平衡以满足在任何速度下无振动。风机叶轮应由防腐处理碳钢制成。

4.4.9 The wheel and fan inlet shall be carefully matched and shall have precise running tolerances for maximum performance and operating efficiency.

叶轮和风机进口应仔细配合,具备精确运行的允许公差,用于最大限度的性能和运行效率。

4.4.10 Fan inlet shall be provided with a stainless steel (304) inlet screen to avoid the

damage to the fan wheel caused by foreign object.

风机进风端需加装不锈钢(304)防护网,以防止异物进入流道对叶轮造成损害.

4.4.11 After fabrication, all carbon steel components shall be cleaned and chemically

treated by a phosphatising process to ensure proper removal of grease, oil, scale etc. Fan shall then be coated with a minimum of 2 - 4 mm of Polyester Urethane, electro statically applied and baked.

制造完毕后,所有碳钢构件应进行清洁,并利用磷酸化过程进行化学处理,以去除油脂和杂质等。然后,风机应静电喷涂 2 - 4毫米的聚氨酯再烘干。

4.4.12 Motor bearings shall be heavy duty grease lubricated, self aligning ball type.

Bearings shall be selected for a basic rating fatigue life of 80,000 hours at maximum operating speed for each pressure class (Average Life of 400,000 hours). Bearings shall be have low swivel torque, being 100% tested for noise and vibration, and 100% testing to insure the inner race diameter is within tolerance to prevent vibration.

4.4.13 The fan & motor units shall be mounted on a common base frame, to which the fan and motor shall be bolted. The bases shall include motor slide rails and vibration isolation mounts. The vibration isolation mounts shall be spring type with captive spring and seismic restraint.

风机马达应固定在基础支架上,用螺栓与支架连接。基础应包括马达的滑轨和减振装臵。减振装臵应为吸振和抗震的弹簧类型。

4.4.14 Fan motors shall be of three phase 380-415V, T.E.F.C. type of not less than IP55

degree of protection. Motor bearings shall be fitted with grease valves (nipples) to permit grease during operation. The bearing shall have an opening in the bearing cover to permit older grease to escape, the design of the bearing arrangement shall provide good protection against ingress of dust and other impurities.

风机马达应为3相380-415V, 全封闭风冷型,保护等级不小于IP55。马达轴承应配备针式注油阀,可在运行中加油。轴承应在外壳上有开口,允许旧有润滑油流出。轴承设计应提供良好保护,以避免灰尘和其他杂质进入。

4.4.15 Unless otherwise noted all supply air fan sound levels shall be `in-duct' sound

power levels.

除非另有说明,所有的送风机噪音等级应为“风管内”的噪音等级。

4.4.16 Additional structural support during transport, captive fan mounts, bolted down for

transport.

在运输过程中提供额外的承重支架,风机螺栓减振固定。

4.5 Motors电机

4.5.1 Power factor above 0.8 between 90% and 100% of rated power在额定功率的90%

到100%之间的情况下,功率因数须高于0.8。

4.5.2 T.E.F.C. type No less than IP55 rating 电机的保护等级不得低于IP55

4.5.3 Three phase motors shall be squirrel cage induction 三相电机须为鼠笼型电机。 4.5.4 Single phase motors shall be capacitor start 单相电机须采用电容启动。

4.5.5 Minimum Class E insulation, vacuum impregnated 绝缘等级最低E级,真空注入。 4.5.6 Maximum 65°C rise when the ambient is 40°C 环境温度40°C时的最大温升

65°C。

4.5.7 Motors shall be fitted with grease packed ball or roller bearings电机须提供油脂包

装球或滚动轴承

4.5.8 Motors shall be capable of starting the equipment to which they are connected with

the supply voltage at 85% of nominal value. 电机能够在标称电压的85%的情况下启动。

4.5.9 Motors rated at 15 kW or larger shall be fitted with thermistor sensing elements, one

to each phase winding to provide protection against thermal damage of the motor winding. Thermistors are in addition to the thermal overloads to be incorporated in the motor starters.

容量在15KW或以上的电机,应在每相绕组上装配温度传感元件,以防止绕组的损坏,温度传感元件须与电机启动器相配合。

4.5.10 Locked rotor current of motors on D.O.L. starting shall not exceed six times the full

load running current.

在D.O.L.启动时,启动电流不得大于满载电流的六倍。

4.5.11 Motor efficiency class shall achieve or exceed EU IE2. 电机效率须达到或超过

IE2等级。

4.5.12 All motors should have a monorail system so as to assist in the removal of the

motor to outside of the AHU.

须为所有电机提供单轨吊轨系统以便于电机能够移到机组外部。

4.5.13 Acceptable brand: SIEMENS, ABB, TECO可接受品牌:西门子,ABB,TECO

4.6 Access door

4.6.1 Access doors should be installed on all sections of the AHU (i.e., coils, filters, fan,

humidifier, etc.), wide enough (minimum width 500mm) to allow entry by an operator for maintenance, cleaning and inspection. All coils should have an access door on each side (up/downstream).

足够宽度的检修门(最小宽度500毫米)需提供给所以空调箱设备的各个功能段(例如,盘管,过滤器,风机,加湿器等等),以利于维护,清洁和检修的运行要求。所有盘管须在两侧提供检修门(盘管的上游和下游)。 4.6.2 All doors should have a true thermal break and be constructed of the same material

as the adjacent interior and exterior panel. Doors should be of a double gasket compression design.

4.6.3 Access doors shall be arranged to open against the direction of higher relative

pressure for safe use and positive air seal. All doors shall be labeled as positive or negative pressured.

检修门须为按照机组内部压力相对开启进行设计和制造,并在检修门上标示机组内部为正压或负压。

4.6.4 Hinged access doors with insight windows (minimum 300 mm diameter ) shall be provided. Removable hatches or panels without hinges are not acceptable.

须提供铰接的带视窗(最小直径300毫米)的检修门,无铰链的可拆卸的门板将不被接受。

4.6.5 Each door shall be hinged with a minimum of two stainless steel or plated brass

hinges in a heavy duty galvanized steel frame and shall seal against a specially formed flexible EPDM gasket. Ensure there are no protrusions on sealing face of door or frame and ensure gaskets are continuous. Hinges shall have a minimum of

5mm additional movement available as installed to permit tightening of seals after aging.

4.6.6 Door shall be secured with a minimum of two heavy-duty non-ferrous metal cam

type latches with minimum 150mm long handles. Latching system shall include an inside handle. Cam of latching system shall be adjustable for tightening of seal after aging.

4.6.7 All access doors should have static pressure ports constructed of a minimum 25.4 mm (1 in) PVC pipe with threaded cap. Pipe shall be secured so as not to rotate when tightening or loosening of cap. 4.6.8 All accessible sections shall be fitted with a marine grade (IP55)light fitting.

Connecting cables and switches shall be installed on the outside surface of unit. 所有可进入的功能段应配备防水型(IP55)照明灯具,电线和开关应安装在机组的外表面。

4.7 Filters空气过滤器

Media construction of polyester needle felt fibre bonded and sewn with polyester thread. Media shall be fungal and bacterial growth resistant. Media shall not shed particles into the air stream.

Media shall be complete with sub frames to ensure shape is maintained during operational life. Mounting shall ensure ease of removal and replacement without the use of tools. Fixing of media in place should be clearly visible to so that bypass paths can be eliminated from visual inspection.

Marking to BS 5750 Part One, (ISO 9001), (EUROVENT 4/5) requirements. 标注BS 5750第一部分(ISO 9001) (EUROVENT 4/5) 的要求。 Provide protection to filter media from personnel and mechanical damage prior to delivery to site.

4.7.3 Filter Grades过滤器等级

The filters will comply with the following typical requirements. Refer to schematics for filter types in each particular AHU.

4.7.4.1 Type A - Dry Media Panel Type Filters干过滤介质板式过滤器

Type A filters shall be washable type media fixed in a permanent frame with 12mm x 12mm x 0.6mm welded aluminium mesh on the downstream side. Frames shall be continuous on all four sides with neatly mitred corners pop riveted together. The assembly shall not permit air to bypass the media. The media shall be flat in profile and not less than 25mm thickness unless noted otherwise.

Where more than 3 mounting frames are bolted together provide a stiffening bar to prevent distortion.

They shall have a guaranteed minimum efficiency of 99.997% to the “HOT DOP” test method in accordance with BS 5750 Part One, (ISO 9001), (EUROVENT 4/5). The filters shall be an approved product by the Project Manager. Filters shall be constructed from class 700-pleated filter paper or fibre glass filters. The filter media shall be mounted in mild steel frames which shall be zinc and dichromate plated. Steel frames shall be

manufactured from material with a minimum thickness of 1.6 mm. The filter media shall be secured in the frames with corrugated aluminium separators and a sealant combination of closed cell polyurethane foam and a rubber based adhesive, or an approved equivalent material.

Supply, return or exhaust air HEPA filter elements shall be removable from within the clean room space. The filter elements shall be contained in an approved standard housing device. Provide 25.0 mm .diameter stainless steel tubes within the mounting frame to allow for the monitoring of the filter condition and to permit DOP testing. The tube shall be permanently fitted with a self-sealing quick release coupling. The installation shall be such as to ensure that there is no leakage past the filter during normal operation.

Ducts shall be provided with a 50-mm diameter port upstream of the HEPA filters to allow for the DOP injection. HEPA filters shall be accompanied by the appropriate test report stating the actual efficiency to the HOP DOP test. Filters shall also carry the BS 5750 Part One, (ISO 9001), (EUROVENT 4/5) compliance mark, or an approved equivalent mark of similar significance.

4.7.5 Filter Testing 过滤器测试

After completion of installation, all Type D and Type E filters shall be tested to confirm their filtration efficiency and integrity. Work shall be completed after all other commissioning and balancing, with all other pre-filters and equipment in place, and after approval to complete work has been granted by the Client.

Filters shall not be installed until the installation cleanliness has been approved by the Client in writing. All ductwork systems shall be thoroughly cleaned and all construction debris removed. The fans shall be operated for a period of not less than 8 hours with temporary dry media filters (Type A) over all return air and fresh air ductwork inlets to flush the system completely.

Each filter serial number and locations shall be recorded for future identification. Retain each filter certification sticker from the filter box and submit to the Client with the commissioning documentation.

Type D and Type E filters shall not be installed until after all other filters have been 100% installed within the respective systems and the area cleaned down and the room flushed. Provision shall be made to provide filter pressure differential readings in all filter installation.

All filters shall include provision for mounting of pressure differential gauges, which shall measure pressure difference across filters. Mount gauges external to air conditioning unit casing to approval.

Gauges shall be \graduations and ranges specifically dedicated to the filter clean and dirty pressure difference limits. 4.10 Electrical电气

4.10.1 All lighting should consist of vapor tight fluorescent fixtures (typically 1200 mm (4 ft)) with two T8 or T5 lamps and electronic ballasts. All sections should have at least one fixture. The lighting should be controlled with at least one 6-hour

maximum waterproof, light switch timer. The quantity of timers will be determined by the maximum allowable lighting fixtures per circuit, but it is recommended not to exceed eight fixtures per circuit.

4.10.2 Provide at least one externally mounted, waterproof GFCI convenience receptacle

to handle a minimum of 20A @ 120V, 60Hz (10A @230V, 50Hz).

4.10.3 Junction boxes should be weatherproof and all conduit penetrations should be

5.1.1 All air-handling units shall have Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), which include

but not limited to leak, airflow, vibration, and condensate drainage as described below, witnessed by at least one ****(Consultant) representative and one ****(the owner) representative. ** and ** shall approve all testing procedures prior to testing. An FAT report shall be approved and issued. In addition, all AHUs shall have Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), which at a minimum should include leak, condensate drainage and vibration testing. 5.1.2 The manufacturer shall provide complete as-built document sets not limited to drawings, product cut-sheets, maintenance manuals, and all testing result reports (e.g., coils, fans, motors).

5.1.3 Total air leakage rate shall be no greater than ?% at 150% of the maximum

The most stringent leakage rate application shall apply. Performed during FAT and SAT.

5.1.5 The AHU shall operate from 30% of its anticipated operating requirement to its

maximum operational capability without causing adverse vibration. Vibration testing shall conform to ANSI/AMCA Standard 204, \Vibration Levels For Fans” and have a maximum balance and vibration BV-4

category. The vibration limits shall be 2.5 mm/s (0.10 ips) for rigid mounted (direct driven) fans and 3.8 mm/s (0.15 ips) for flexibly mounted (belt driven) fans. The balance quality grade for impellers/wheels shall be no greater than G2.5 mm/s (0.10 ips), ANSI S2.19 (ISO 1940) “Balance Quality of Rigid Bodies”. Balance readings shall be taken by electronic type equipment in the axial, vertical, and horizontal directions on each of the bearings. Performed during FAT and SAT.

5.1.6 An airflow velocity grid profile test shall be conducted on the downstream side of

the cooling coil to verify uniformity across the coil when fan is operating at its maximum operational capability. Performed during FAT.

The AHU supplier should transport the AHU sections from the factory to the site, the general contractor will take the responsibility to move in the sections to AHU plinth location, then the AHU supplier will do the assemble work of the AHU sections.

7. Spare parts

8. MISCELLANEOUS其他要求

8.1.1 All AHUs should be thoroughly cleaned with alcohol prior to shipment, ready for

clean room operation. Coils should be thoroughly drained and cleaned to be free of any residual oil on the tubes and fins.

空调设备在运输及正式投入洁净室运行之前,必须用酒精进行全面的清洁。盘管必须放空并清洁翅片及铜管上的油污。

8.1.2 All AHU's should be sealed in plastic shrink-wrap and include a desiccant material

where AHU will be shipped to humid climates or will experience high humidity levels.

8.1.3 Permanent non-deteriorating labels should be attached to the exterior of the AHU,

which supplies all internal component information (i.e., motor nameplate, coils, fans, humidifiers, etc.), along with a label identifying, at a minimum, the project name and number, AHU number, manufacturer’s serial number, and date of manufacture. Sections with fans and moving parts shall have warning signs

“ISOLATE BEFORE ENTRY” affixed to doors. AHUs manufactured for Europe should have a CE mark (Conformite Europenne). A CCC label should be placed on all electrical devices.
