1 设计资料

水洛河属渭河二级支流,上游分为南洛河和北洛河两条支流,两支流于某县城处汇合,汇合后称下洛河。北洛河河长31km,流域面积278km2,年均径流量2974万m3,年均流量0.943m3/s。南洛河河长30.5km,流域面积325.7km2,年均径流量0.38亿m3,年均流量1.2m3/s;水洛河总河长99.5km(某县境内89.5km),总流域面积905.7km2(某县境内836.7km2),年均径流量0.84亿m3,年均输沙量395万t。4橡胶坝坝址处无实测泥沙资料,故泥沙根据《甘肃省水文图集》法进行计算,查得橡胶坝坝址所处流域年土壤侵蚀模数为0.5万t/km2,则年悬移质输沙量139万t,推移质输沙量按悬移质输沙量的20%计,则推移质输沙量27.8万t,故得坝址处年平均输沙量为166.8万t,折合128.3万m3。现代河床漫滩经河堤治理后稳定河宽100~108m,平均高程1616.5~1639m,左岸Ⅰ级阶地宽300~350m,平均高程1619.6~1642m,Ⅱ级阶地缺失;右岸Ⅰ级阶地宽500~550m,平均高程1619.8~1642m,Ⅱ级阶地宽50~100m,平均高程1638~1650m。

某县位于内陆腹地,属大陆性季风气候区,全年盛行西北风,最大风速20m/s。气候干燥,昼夜温差大,夏季气温高,多冰雹、雨洪,夏秋季雨水集中。北洛河(城区段)河谷地貌以河漫滩、Ⅰ级阶地为主,Ⅱ级阶地零星发育。主要地层有第四系全新统粉土质砾、低液限粉土、新第三系(N)棕红色、浅黄色泥岩、砂质泥岩石、泥质砂岩。工程区浅层地下水资源贫乏,浅层地下水属第四系松散堆积物砂砾孔隙潜水类型;主要分布于北洛河干流河漫滩地及Ⅰ、Ⅱ级阶地底部。 2 水 文 2.1流域概况

水洛河属渭河二级支流,上游分为南洛河和北洛河两条支流,两支流于某县城处汇合后称下洛河。南洛河发源于关山西麓某县韩店乡的灶火沟,由东向西,流经韩店乡、南坪乡和水洛镇,河长30.5km,流域面积325.7km2,年均径流量0.38亿m3,年均流量1.2m3/s;北洛河发源于宁夏回族自治区隆德县苏台乡马鹿沟和黄草沟,由东北流向西南,于某县通边乡佛崖湾峡流入某县境,流经通边乡、通化乡、良邑乡、水洛乡和水洛镇等四个乡镇,河长31km,流域面积278km2,年均径流量2974万m3,年均流量0.943m3/s;下洛河由东北向西南,流经朱店镇、万泉乡至徐家城纳入清水河,经静宁县周家峡口、出清水峡,至仁大川高沟村注入葫芦河。水洛河总河长99.5km(某县境内89.5km),总流域面积905.7km2(某县境内836.7km2),年均径流量0.84亿m3,年均输沙量395万t。

本次设计橡胶坝坝址位于北洛河末端,坝址以上控制流域面积278km2,河床平均比降1%,年均流量0.943m3/s,年均径流量2974万m3。 2.2气象

某县位于内陆腹地,属大陆性季风气候区,全年盛行西北风,历年最大风速为20m/s。气候干燥,昼夜温差大,夏季气温高,多冰雹、雨洪,夏秋季雨水集中。全年平均气温7.9℃,最热月为7月,月平均气温19.9℃,历年最高气温34.8℃;最冷月为1月,平均气温-5.5℃,极端最低气温-23℃,最大冻土深63cm,多年平均无霜期142天。

多年平均降水量547.8mm,年内分布极不平衡,冬春降水稀少,10月至次年4月降水仅占全年降水的20%,全年降水量60%以上集中在7-9三个月。年蒸发量1310.2mm(口径20cm)。有关气象统计资料见表2-1。 2.3年径流

由于北洛河无实测水文资料,故利用《甘肃省水文图集》进行年径流计算。按图勾绘出流域分水线,并定出流域中心位置,用直线内插法求得北洛河流域多年平均径流深为107mm。

多年平均径流量:用公式Q=(1000×F×R)/T计算出平均流量,再由公式W=QT计算多年平均径流量。 式中:Q——多年平均流量(m3/s)

F——流域面积,为278km2 R——多年平均径流深,为107mm T——计算时段长,为31.54×10s

由以上数据计算得坝址处多年平均流量分别为0.943m3/s,并求得多年平均径流量分别为2974万m3。 2.4暴雨洪水特性

水洛河流域年径流多由降雨补给,大多以暴雨形式出现,年内分配极不均匀,多集中在7-9月。全年可分为3-5月为春汛期,由上游冰雪融水和降雨补给,6-9月为夏秋主汛期,以降雨补给为主,洪水多,历时短,洪峰流量大,且洪水的年际变化较大。10-11月为秋季枯水期,以地下水补给及河槽储蓄量为主,12月至次年3月为冬季枯水期,以地下水补给为主。该流域除上游南部地区为植被较好的土石山林区外,中下游属黄土高原丘陵沟壑区,植被差,山体破碎,小范围的突降暴雨强度大,冲刷力强,形成大量地表径流,对河道两岸冲刷严重,破坏性较大。
