Kung Fu is commonly known as the Chinese martial arts, the origins of which can be traced back to the needs of self-defense, hunting activities and military training in ancient China. It is one of the Chinese traditional sports and all people, old and young, often practice it. It has gradually evolved into a unique element of Chinese culture. As a national treasure of China, there are hundreds of different styles for Kung Fu, which is the most practiced martial arts in the world. Some of styles imitate the movements of animals, and some are inspired by Chinese philosophy, myths and legends.
