SAP will support a partner ecosystem (e.g. Boomi, Cast Iron, Mulesoft), to provide choice to

customers that need to integrate SAP Cloud solutions to 3rd party on-premise and cloud solutions

SAP will leverage the existing Boomi partnership for Employee Central and Cloud Payroll Integration to SAP on-premise and 3rd party systems.

Cloud Service Center have ability to use third-party integration tool to meet customer requirement, for example, send master data from SalesForce to ByD, and so on.

Options to Build Value-Add with SAP Solutions OnDemand Studio

Solution Partners can extend the SAP Business ByDesign solution with SAP Solutions OnDemand Studio

Customer-Specific Solutions (feature parity to scalable Solutions) General Availability for the development of Customer-Specific Solutions

–Customer-Specific Solutions can be developed in Customer or Partner Development Tenants

–Solution Templates serve as a container to organize items that can be reused in Customer-Specific Solutions

–SAP Store can be used to publish solution templates

–no nomination process, no dedicated support from SAP development, no Statement of Work required

Scalable Solutions sold via the SAP Store

Controlled Availability for the development of Scalable Solutions using only publicly released interfaces (Web Services and Public Solution Model)

–nomination process recommended (use case description to be sent to SAP), no dedicated support from SAP development, no Statement of Work required

Controlled Availability model for creation of Scalable Solutions which are outside of released & documented Web Services or Public Solution Model

–nomination process required, dedicated SAP development support, no Statement of Work required

Partner signs the Cloud Solution Partner Agreement* (CSPA*) and sends it via e-mail to Solution Partner Management (SPM) solutionpartnerbydesign@ (Pricing details) It is recommended that the partner sends the description of the Scalable Solution to solutionpartnerbydesign@

Partner requests a Partner Development tenant from Solution Partner Management (SPM) via e-mail Partner downloads and installs the current version of ByDesign Studio from the SAP Market Place Partner develops Scalable Solution in Partner Development Tenant

Quality Review with availability of necessary documents is necessary before the Scalable Solution is released for customers.

* The Cloud Solution Partner Agreement (CSPA) or Platform-as-a-Service Cooperation Agreement (PaaS CA) must be signed once per partner.

Partner sends “Partner Fact Sheet” and Use Case (Partner Business Scenario/ Solution) to Nomination for Add-On .

Solution Portfolio Management/Development checks the Use Case a) Approval
