Lance Armstrong has been training since he was a boy. He was good at cycling, swimming, and running, and he competed in professional triathlons at the age of 16. After that he focused on cycling. Lance won many races until he was diagnosed with cancer in 1996. He recovered and won six Tour de France bicycle races in a row. He has written two books. His Lance Armstrong Foundation helps cancer patients and their families. He has two children.
