电子商务专业在我国的发展速度非常快。更有高达80%的学生对学校专业实践安排的满意度为“一般”或“不满意”。

我国电子商务起步较几个方面: 3.3.1培养目标定位不准、方向不明

电子商务专业教师也说不清。可想而知,在这种情况下培养出来的人才,必然缺乏针对性和适应性,出现需求旺但就业率低的矛盾也就不足为奇。例如培养模式上,高校工厂化培养与企业个性化人才需求存在反差;知识结构上,学生宽厚的经济、管理学基础与社会专业化导向间存在反差;就业意向上,本科生从事电子商务项目管理或技术的预期与众多企业的操作性人才需求存在反差等等。 3.3.2课程体系缺乏有机集成

从现有的欠佳,没有达到有机融合各大模块的目的。 3.3.3重理论、轻实务
