注射用阿洛西林钠与三种注射液配伍分析

[摘要] 目的 研究注射用阿洛西林钠在不同pH下的5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液以及0.9%氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。 方法 将注射用阿洛西林钠分别溶于5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液以及0.9%氯化钠注射液,用HCl,NaOH调节其pH,共分为6组,测得各pH及对应pH下出现白色沉淀的量。对沉淀进行薄层色谱分析,称量并测定其氢谱,为沉淀定量定性。 结果 通过实验发现,5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液以及0.9%氯化钠注射液出现沉淀的pH值分别为4.92,4.90,4.90。 结论 注射用阿洛西林钠不稳定,出现沉淀,这种现象与配伍后溶液的pH有直接关系。在5%葡萄糖注射液中,溶液pH≤4.92时不稳定;在10%葡萄糖注射液,溶液pH≤4.90时不稳定;在0.9%氯化钠注射液中,溶液pH≤4.90时不稳定,且确定白色絮状沉淀为阿洛西林。 [关键词] 阿洛西林钠;配伍

[Abstract] Objective To study the compatible stability of azlocillin sodium for injection in different pH of 5% glucose injection,10% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Methods Azlocillin sodium for injection was respectively dissolved into 5% glucose injection,10% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection.pH was adjusted by using HCl and NaOH,and were divided inot 6 groups.pH and quantity of white precipitation that were appeared in corresponding pH were tested.The thin layer chromatography was used for precipitation.Then its weight was tested and hydrogen spectra was used to determine the nature of precipitation. Results It was found from the examination that pH was respectively 4.92, 4.90 and 4.90 for 5% glucose injection,10% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection when appeared precipitation. Conclusion Azlocillin

sodium for injection is not stable and with precipitation,this phenomenon has direct relation with pH of solution after compatibility.In 5% glucose injection,the solution is not stable when pH≤4.92;in 10% glucose injection,the solution is not stable when pH≤4.90;in 0.9% sodium chloride injection,the solution is not stable when pH≤4.90 and it is sure that the white floc is azlocillin.
