中药益气润肠汤结合中医穴位按摩治疗中风患者便秘的疗效观察

[摘要] 目的:观察中药益气润肠汤结合中医穴位按摩在干预中风患者便秘的效果。方法:把本院住院的56例中风便秘患者随机分为两组,对照组28例采用常规护理,治疗组28例除常规护理外,同时加服中药益气润肠汤并运用中医穴位按摩进行护理干预,观察两组中风患者便秘治疗效果的差异。结果:治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为89.3%、57.2%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P [关键词] 中风;便秘;中药益气润肠汤;穴位按摩
