下面简单介绍下载波聚合普及知识：

关键知识点：

1. 对不支持载波聚合的UE，载波聚合小区就是双载波小区，所以需要开启话务平衡或均

衡

2. PCELL/SCELL是相对，一个小区可以同时为PCELL/SCELL，举例一种载波聚合组合中PCELL

A/SCELL B，在另一种组合中PCELL B/SCELL A，并且这2种组合可同时配置，即对称配置 3. 载波聚合针对下行non GBR业务，上行不支持载波聚合

4. 主辅载波的下行都要通过主载波上行进行ACK/NAC，导致主载波需要较多的PUCCH资

源，从而使得上行速率受到影响。

5. 当前版本20M+20M带宽的载波聚合中间频率间隔19.8M

载波聚合过程：

1. Configuration and activation of Carrier Aggregation feature in the paired cells：按参数要

求配置并开通载波聚合，一般为对称配置，即小区A/B互为PCELL/SCELL

2. Adding the secondary cell to the given CA-capable UE：根据UE Capabilty/UE AMBR/当前

载波聚合UE数，有必要下发RRC Reconfig，通知UE添加SCELL

3. Activation of the secondary cell for the UE：根据non BGR业务需求（DL buffer），激活

SCELL

4. Division of the DL UE buffer into PCell and SCell and data scheduling：根据PCELL/SCELL

质量，分配DL buffer,并进行调度

5. Deactivation of the secondary cell for the UE：如果一定时间内无SCELL需求，SCELL去激活 6.
