本论文通过对目前中国保险业信息化发展情况进行剖析，结合国内外保险业信息化发展情况及案例分析，指导和发现阳光农业相互保险公司在信息化发展中存在的不足和问题，并做了详细的分析，结合公司战略规划和业务发展情况，制定了公司的未来信息化建设发展目标，最终制定了周密的实施信息化战略发展改革和完善信息化建设具体措施。

作者通过查阅大量的国内外关于保险信息化建设的文献，对比国内外成功的信息化建设案例，发现了阳光农业相互保险公司的信息化建设过程中还存在着很多亟待解决的问题。本论文首先阐述了保险信息化建设趋势及研究保险信息化建设的目的和意义，并从理论方面有效阐述了信息化建设的意义，为剖析阳光公司的信息化建设情况提供理论基础。其次介绍了阳光农业相互保险公司信息化建设现状，结合信息化建设理论，指出了公司信息化建设存在的主要问题，并做了有效的原因分析。其次，论文结合国内外保险业信息化建设情况的分析及案例剖析，为公司的发展提供有益的帮助和借鉴。最后根据阳光公司信息化建设上存在的问题及国内外典型案例的成功经验，从公司实际发展状况出发，制定了公司的未来信息化建设发展目标及实施信息化战略发展改革和完善信息化建设具体措施。

This paper based on China's insurance industry informatization development situation analysis, combining domestic and foreign insurance informatization development and case analysis, the guidance and found the sun agricultural mutual insurance company in the development of informatization in the deficiencies and problems in, and made detailed analysis, combined with the company strategic planning and business development situation, make the company's future information construction development goals, and ultimately made thorough information strategy development and reform and improve the information construction measures.

The author through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature about insurance informatization construction, the contrast of the informatization construction of the domestic and international successful cases, found the sun agricultural mutual insurance company's information construction process there are a lot of problems to be solved, for this, the author made a \agricultural mutual insurance company informatization construction problems and countermeasures study\project. This thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is mainly on insurance informatization construction trend and research insurance information construction purpose and meaning, the second chapter in theory on the effective of the informatization construction of meaning, for analysis of sunshine company informatization construction to provide theoretical basis. The third chapter presents the sun agricultural mutual insurance company informatization construction present situation, the union information construction theory, points out the main problems of informatization construction, and make the effective cause analysis. The fourth chapter through the domestic and international insurance industry informatization construction situation analysis and case analysis, for the development of the company to provide useful help and reference. The fifth chapter according to the sunshine company on the informatization construction of the problems and the successful experience of typical cases at home and abroad, according to the actual development situation, make the company's future development target and
