Describe your responsibilities in your group in detail with no less than 30 words.

In this PBL learning, I am in the Group 4. We division of labor cooperation, everyone has their main tasks. I am responsible for design the marketing survey question. At the same time, I am also responsible for the statistical results of questionnaire survey.

Part II. Achievements Describe what you have achieved through this activity in terms of professional knowledge and abilities, etc and provide examples or details with no less than 100 words.

In just one week, we learned a lot from the PBL. There is a sentence in book：“Don't experience wind and rain, how see rainbow\After our hard investigation and research, we obtained the valuable information. And we understood how to work and get along with other peoples, harvested a lot of marketing experiences etc, lay the foundation for our future work. We benefit a great deal.

We use the questionnaire statistics to know what kinds of products are popular in Alcanta. Also learned how to use the SWOT to analyze our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and there may be a threat.

In Alcanta college has a lot of girl, nail polish is very popular, and demand is big. Moreover, due to the environmental protection consciousness enhancement, most of Alcanta college students are already using shopping bags. But many shopping bags' design is not very well, the classmates all hope to have new style shopping bag. Finally, we chose to sell nail polish and the environmental protection bags.

In retrospect, describe what you think your strengths are and what you need improving, and provide examples or details with no less than 80 words.

Firstly, let me talk about my strengths:

Because I am very familiar the operation of office software, design the questionnaire and make chart are responsible for me. I am very careful, have the team spirit, actively cooperate with the team to complete various tasks. My personal ability is strong, completed the group leader assigned individual tasks on time. I am also good at communication with others, and express own ideas and opinions to them.

Secondly, I want to talk about my weakness：

Nobody’s perfect, I also have the insufficient place. Due to the lack of experiences in sales, in selling process to customers, I am hard to avoid nervous. But I'll in the future work to strengthen this aspect.

光阴似箭，日月如梭，一周的时间过的如此之快。首先，我很感谢学院的老师给予我们这个实践机会，让我们从中学习到了很多。例如：如何更好的与小组成员合作，明白了团队精神的重要性。我们把所学过的市场营销知识都运用在这次的项目学习中。有些东西看起来容易，但是做起来的时候并不是那么简单的。但只要大家朝着同一个目标出发，就一定可以达到！

第二，通过这次项目学习，我学会了如何去倾听别人的意见和表达自己的想法。从前我有点自以为是，总认为自己的想法都是对的。但事实并非如此，在这次的学习中我意识到了这一点并且努力去改正。我发现，一起商量、合作、讨论问题是一件非常愉快的事。我们抓住重要的信息和问题并且记录下来，更好更快地完成项目。同时，我也按时完成自己份内的任务，培养了自己的责任感，锻炼了独立工作思考的能力。

第三，通过学习使我对市场营销也有了进一步的了解。在这次项目学习之前，我们都是只是大概了解市场营销的概念，并不知道该如何去运用它，犹如纸上谈兵。学习之后，我们知道了销售物品是不能盲目的，要通过一定的调查得出一个准确的结果，了解当地的市场和客户的需求，再确定该销售哪些物品。还运用SWOT分析出我们的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁，减小了我们的风险。

现在，我们拥有了市场营销的实践经验，学会了如何将商品推广给客户。还有很强的团队精神和责任感。最重要的是，我明白了个人毅力和交流能力在工作中十分重要。让我明白自己缺乏的是什么，应该提高什么。这些都为我们日后出来社会工作打下了良好的基础。
