2.has shown [考查动词时态。句意为:到目前为止,研究已经表明宽恕(别人)的人精力更旺盛、食欲更好、有更好的睡觉模式,so far一般与现在完成时连用,意为“到目前为止”。]
3.less [考查形容词的比较级。句意为:宽恕(别人)的人更少发怒而且更充满希望,并列连词and连接的两个并列成分的形式一定是一致的,下文用的是比较级,所以此处应填little的比较级less。]
4.So [考查并列连词。句意为:所以,当有人伤害你的时候,你首先要使自己平静下来,并列连词so在文章中起一个承上启下的作用,意为“因此,所以”,其前后两个部分是因果关系。]
5.breaths [考查词性转换。句意为:深吸几口气,然后去想某件带给你快乐的事情。根据空前的“a couple of”可知,此处填名词形式,需注意单复数。]
