My English teather is Mr Xu, his English name is Martin. His English is very good. And he always wears a pair of glasses. He likes wearing blue trousers. My teacher is handsome. 教师层面
对于双语实验教师的评价,我们主要是通过口语测试、家长问卷、活动参
与率和成果积累等方面进行。我们每学年测评一次,学校根据老师们不同的积分,给予不等的奖励。 学生层面
对于参与双语实验的学生,我们以档案袋的形式,对学生的学习成果进行积累。 师资问题
面对双语教学实验瓶颈之一的师资匮乏问题,我校首先鼓励具备双语教学能力的教师积极投身、尝试双语教学实践。并投入大量经费,通过暑期集中的学校自培、参加江苏省教育厅组织的引智英语学习,参加全国双语研讨会的形式,提高双语教师的英语语言水平和双语学科教学的能力。我们还积极发挥英语教师和学科教师的积极性,通过组建双语课题组,采用英语教师与学科教师结对子的方法,加强两者的互动与整合,推进我校双语教学实验。通过两年多来的努力,我校已有成熟的双语学科教师6名。 采取的一系列重要举措:
①做好双语课堂教学的“三个环节”
为确保高效率、高质量地落实双语学科教学目标,我们重点围绕“备课、上课、课后反思”三个环节,鼓励教师不断改
进课堂教学方式,完善教学过程,提高课堂教学效益。 (1)备课
第一、 确双语学科教学目标; 第二、 现英语的工具性作用;
第三、 准确做出学情分析,重难点处理得当; 第四、 体现互动环节,为学生主动学习留有足够空间。 (2)上课
第一、 堂教学英语使用量达到相应标准;
第二、 文材料在内容上科学、规范,无语言错误善于把
握教学节奏;
第三、 使绝大多数学生积极参与知识建构 ; 第四、 实施激励性评价,帮助学生建立学习兴趣。 (3)课后反思
要求实验教师在每节双语课后,认真反思、总结经验与不足,并及时撰写教后反思,定期整理,择优编入校刊“教学故事”专栏。
② 丰富双语活动,促进学生主动发展。
丰富多彩的活动对孩子来说,永远是一个巨大的磁场,具有无穷的吸引力。课堂上的英语活动由于时间、空间的限制,有时难免让学生有意犹未尽之感。为弥补课内活动的缺陷,我们充分挖掘学校资源,创造浓厚的双语校园文化,推动学生学习英语的内在动力,强化学生英语运用能力。
(1)英语活动日
我们将双周五定为英语日,鼓励学生在这一天尽量运用英语交流。每学期初,由负责教师制订本学期英语活动计划。英语活动日的活动可谓是生动活泼、丰富多彩。从童谣、歌曲到游戏、竞赛,从个人表演到小组展示,紧紧围绕提高学生英语交流实效这一主题,通过各种形式调动学生参与的积极性。经过一年多的尝试,英语活动日已经成为我校双语实验中一道亮丽的风景线,也是我们双语班学生每周期待的一天。 (2)校首届双语节
2005年6月和2007年6月,在校长室的积极倡导下,在课题老师的精心策划下,在实验教师的大力支持下,在双语班学生的激情参与下,我校成功举办了两届双语节。由学生设计的节徽散发着浓浓的双语文化气息,一张张学生创作的双语小报充分展示了孩子们对双语的喜爱,一个个英语课本剧的表演淋漓尽致的展现出孩子们英语口语的水平,英语歌曲与英语童谣的联唱比赛给每个一年级双语班的孩子提供了展示自己英语才能的舞台。同时,我们还通过双语论坛,将我们的实验成果与同行们进行交流。两届双语节上,我们体会到了孩子们的自信,聆听到了专家的指导和肯定,看到了家长们的满意和期待。
(3)主题竞赛
在实验双语教育的这两年半来,我们为了激发学生学习英
语的热情,举行了多次主题竞赛。如,英语歌曲比赛、英语童谣比赛、英语课本剧比赛等。学生学习英语的兴趣得到了加强,学生多方面的能力得到了锻炼,学生的英语水平得到了提高。 完善环境建设,营造浓郁的双语氛围。
(1)物质环境建设
在双语教育的实际运作中,我们意识到,双语教育有时难以奏效的一个原因是学生缺少一个学习双语的语言环境。因此,我们十分注意双语教学氛围的整体设计:教室里、走廊里、墙壁上、玻璃窗上、标牌上,在校园的每一个角落里都布置了中英文对照的图片和文字,使学生的可视空间充满双语,以刺激他们的双语感觉。同时,我们东校区还建立了双语长廊,双语长廊的创意全部来自于我们双语课题组的实验教师。我们以展示、互动为基本理念,把英语知识与常规习惯相结合,构成了我们现在所看到的极具特色的双语长廊。
(2)隐性环境建设 A.英语动画
我们由专门负责教师坚持每周利用两个中午通过学校电视网络系统播放英语动画,组织学生观看,提高了学生英语的摄入率。 B.每周一句
由实验教师精心筛选,制订了各年级学生每学期要掌握的英语日常用语。由英语老师负责每周上墙,并进行口语指导。

2009~2010年度第一学期 四年级英语(PEP)教学总结

这学期我担任四年级的英语教学工作,以下是我在本学期的教学总结:
(一)狠抓单词教学
本册除了要求学生掌握26个英文字母的听、说、读、写之外,还要求学生掌握一些单词,能听、说、认读,并且能在四线格中进行拼写。这个要求使四年级的学生一下子觉得有点不大适应,有些学生连26个字母的听、说、读、写都觉得很吃力,现在要求他们掌握单词的拼写的确困难。我在教学四会要求单词时,先通过日常谈话引出要学的四会单词,然后把它写到黑板上的四线格中,边写边让学生一起拼写,让学生注意单词的书写格式和书写方法。然后再与学生一起拼写,并告诉学生一些单词的发音规则,告诉他们哪些字母和字母组合通常
发什么音,以便于他们对单词的记忆。之后,让他们进行临摹,并在抄写本上进行适量的抄写,及时批改,对拼写错误的和格式错误的学生进行个别指导,努力做到人人都能掌握。
对一些相似或者有相似部分的单词,我会把它们写在黑板上进行对比教学。比如在教pen,pencil,pencil-case这三个单词时,我让学生找到它们的相同部分,进行比较记忆。这样,就比较方便。在教学room,classroom,school,book,door这几个单词时,我告诉他们有两个o的字母组合一般发/u:/,让他们联系起来进行记忆。另外,我在教学新的四会单词前,会对前面学过的四会单词进行复习,然后再教学新的单词,帮助学生进行不断的复习。并且我还在早上或者课前进行集体默写,让学生对自己的复习情况进行检查。
(二)精心设计教学流程。
教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性,曾有一位前辈对我说:“备课备不好,倒不如不上课,否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性,因此,每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。备课充分能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。
(三)高效组织课堂教学。
教学设计贴近学生的实际生活,可以激发学生内在学习动机,使学生很快地进入了学习状态。通过丰富多彩的情景设计,调动学生学习积极性,为学生创造了运用语言进行交际的机会,使学生有话可说,从而也提高了学生的语言实践能力。因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学,因此上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心。上课内容丰富、现实。教态自然、讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感到一种自然气氛。这样,授课就事半功倍。
(四)促进学生的知识应用。
英语是语言。因此除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读多讲,多练,为此,在早读时,我坚持下班了解情况,发现问题及时纠正。课后发现作业问题也及时解决,及时讲清楚,让学生及时消化。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。教育和鼓励学生在课余、家庭等处所用英语会话。
(五)期末检测情况
2010年1月28日组织学生在榔桥中心小学由县教研室命题统一组织的考试。参加考试共21人,合格人数20人,
合格率95.24%,优秀人数15人,合格率71.43%,最高分100分,最低分33分,平均分85.48。各项指标均名列榔桥片第一。
