摘 要
蓝艺学校教学综合楼,共五层,为框架结构,底层为办公室,二至五层为教室,总建筑面积为3294.60m2。本次施工组织设计,是在施工图的基础上确定施工方案,明确施工工艺,计算出工程量,编制施工进度横道图,再根据场地地形,以及相临建筑物的位置,绘制场地平面布置图。在本设计中,我们有总的施工布置,如从基础到主体,从柱、梁到楼板、砌体;又有分项的工艺流程,如梁模板的支撑、钢筋的绑扎,混凝土的浇筑,还加入了安全管理、文明施工、应急措施等项目,使我们的施工组织设计更加全面、具体、,便于施工。总之,我们以保证质量、方便施工、便于管理为目标,加入自己的创新理念与土木行业中的前沿科技,以理论为指导,结合实践经验,使本次施工组织设计有科学性和使用性。

第一章 工 程 概 况
1.1 工程特征
蓝艺学校教学综合楼工程,位于蓝艺学校内,由湖北省蓝艺学校建设,建设目的是为了扩大学校规模,进一步扩大招生。本工程资金来源于自筹,工程总投资大约在2000万元左右。计划于2006年3月1日开工,于2006年7月20日竣工,施工图纸由济南市建筑设计研究院设计,山东省建筑设计研究院监理公司进行监理。
1.2 建筑结构特征
1.2.1 建筑设计概况
蓝艺学校教学综合楼工程,建筑面积3294.60m2,总高度21.00m,长度68.040m,宽度21.240m,为框架结构,总共五层,底层层高4.35m,其他层层高3.6m,一层为硬件实验室,二至四层为计算机教室。各层均设有卫生间、休息室、走廊等辅助室。共设有两部楼梯,分别设在南、北面,南楼梯为主要通道。本工程外装饰:外墙为面砖和涂料,均为白色,铝合金窗;内装饰除卫生间外为混合砂浆抹面,刷乳胶漆,卫生间为贴面砖;普通实验室、硬件实验室、计算机教室、休息室等为纸面石膏板吊顶;铝合金门窗和木门;一层楼地面为面砖,二至四层为防静电地板;楼梯、走廊、休息室等为贴面砖;地下防水为卷材防水;屋面为膨胀珍珠岩保温、卷材防水屋面;卫生间为聚氨酯涂膜防水;室外台阶为大理石。
1.2.2 结构设计概况
蓝艺学校教学综合楼工程为框架结构,采用人工成孔灌注桩基础;底层层高4.35m,其他层层高3.6m;框架部分梁、柱、现浇板、楼梯、现浇带为:C25,其他非承重结构构件为:C20;墙体采用240mm承重墙,MU7.5砖,M5.0混合砂浆砌筑;0.000标高以下采用MU7.5砖,M7.5水泥砂浆砌筑;框架填充墙采用240厚MU7.5砖,M5混合砂浆砌筑;其他框架梁上需设隔墙时均采用轻质材料制作,不得使用砌筑墙体,且不得在非框架梁上设置隔墙。
