1/ 7生产车间常用场景（中英文）对话

一、上班或下班考勤拍照（涉及人物：班组长和工人）：

上下班之前，集合，站好位置，开始拍照，个高的站在后边，个矮的站在前边，班组长站边上，车间里的人都来了吗，快点过来拍照，不拍照的话算缺勤，站队的时候要注意纪律不要交头接耳，拍摄完成，回车间开始工作：

①，everybody go to rally point place！所有人去集合点集合；

②，stand and wait in line，站好队；

③， short people come in front, taller people stand at back side and squad leaders stand beside the group,个子矮的站前面，个子高的站后面，班组长站边上；

④，Is everyone here? hurry up! Get ready for taking photo! people failed to show up in photo will be counted to be absent from duty.车间里的人都来了吗，快点过来拍照，不拍照的话算缺勤。

⑤，be quiet!Don't talk with others!保持安静,不要交头接耳。

⑥，photo taking finish！go back to your work！拍照结束，回

车间干活。

二、布置生产任务和工作事宜（涉及人物：班组长）：

"（公司采用生产任务卡的方式管理和汇报产量，车间内有2个班组长，一个叫SAM,一个叫TOLO）

SAM/TOLO, 昨天一车间反应我们送过去的椅子，焊接质量有问题，你去安排人把有问题的产品拿回来，看看是哪个工人焊的，要进行处罚，同时也要让其他焊工注意焊接质量，再出现类似的问题，我会严格处罚。SAM/TOLO，昨天生产好的椅子，马上安排送到一号车间，他们在等着用呢:

①，This is the production assignment for today, 这个是今天的生产任务；

②，make arrangement to start production at once. 马上安排工人去做，

③，Customers are waiting for our products, 客户在等着货，

④，Be careful about the welding and painting quality.I will

go and check later.要注意焊接和喷涂质量，我会去检查；⑤，Yesterday,staff from workshop one had reported welding

problem of those chairs which they got from us, 昨天一车间反应我们送过去的椅子，焊接质量有问题，

⑥，go and send your people to get back those porducts with

problem, check who is responsible for those products and punish him. 你去安排人把有问题的产品拿回来，看看是哪个工人焊的，要进行处罚，

⑦，Let him pay more attention to welding quality, I will put 2/ 7

⑧，Send those chairs we produced yesterday to workshop one

as soon as possible,they are badly in need of them now.昨天生产好的椅子，马上安排送到一号车间，他们在等着用呢。

三、设备维护和维修（涉及人物：班组长和工人）：

情景内容：日常设备出现问题和需要保养的情景对话

①，Electrostatic machine/welding machine/bending machine is

not working!静电器/焊机/围弯机等设备不工作了

②,Okey,I will go and check, take along the maintenance

tools and shut down the power! 好的，我马上去看一下，带上工具，把电先断掉

③，,Why is it not working? When did this problem begin? When

did you maintain this machine for the last time? 询问设备为什么不工作了，什么时候开始发现问题的，有多久没有保养了④,This is a small problem, simple accessory change will solve

it.这个是小问题，更换一下配件就可以了

⑤,This is major problem,send this worker to work at other

position,I need time to repair the machine.这个问题比较麻烦，安排这个工人去其他的地方工作，我需要一些时间修理。

四、巡查（涉及人物：班组长和工人）

不定时在车间内巡查，发现偷懒或者不干活的员工，把班组长叫来这个员工是怎么回事，为什么不干活，班组长可能会解释，他是新来的，不会干，或者是生病了，没有力气

不能助长这种问题，否则当地人会变本加厉，至少给予警告处分（三次警告可以开除），情节严重的可以直接开罚单

?要求班组长教会他怎么工作，下不为例，如果是真的生病了，让他停止工作，去医院

个员工是怎么回事，为什么不干活

②,He is new worker, not familiar with his duty.是新来的，

不会干/ he is sick and weak.他生病了，没有力气

③,I will give you 3 times of warning before I issue penalty

bill to fire you. 在开罚单把你开除以前，我会警告3次。

④,tell your staff how to work for us, don't let this happen

again. Ask him to stop working and go to hospital if he is really sick.教会你的工人怎么工作，下不为例，如果是真的生病了，让他停止工作，去医院看病。

五、亲自培训（涉及人物：班组长和工人）：

车间的焊接和围弯培训是一个重要环节，需要亲自传授或者指导

焊接的时候，不要害怕，看好了后眼睛躲开焊点，（其他注意事项问问车间）

围弯尤其要注意手，踩动气压开关后，要集中精神，手要跟着管走，不要夹到（其他注意事项问问车间）

①,Don't be afraid! Don't stare at the welding point after you locate it while you are doing welding! 焊接的时候，不要害怕，看好了后眼睛躲开焊点；

②,Carefully mind your hand while you are bending the steel tube. keep concentrated on your job when you turn on the air pressure button. Don' let your hand caught by the bending machine.围

弯尤其要注意手，踩动气压开关后，要集中精神，手要跟着管走，不要夹到。

六、发放工资（涉及人物：班组长和工人）：

场景介绍：国外工人工资是由国内财务核算后发给车间中国人的去发放的，车间中国人再根据工资单分发给各班组的班组长。

这个月的考勤单已经下来了，核对一下，明天就要发工资了，注意纪律，下班后再发

七、工人之间或者工人与班组长在工作期间吵闹（涉及人物：班组长）：注：办公室有2-3个当地文职人员，负责记录考勤，送货，收取考勤卡。

MARY去问一下，车间工人为什么吵架，现在是工作时间，让吵架的人来办公室，其他人不要围观，回去工作

解决争吵有两个方向：1 如果是黑人内部矛盾，把值班长叫过来，让他们去解决，中国人不要参与 2 如果和中国人有关系，可以让办公室的中国人找时间过来，解释清楚；

other,ask those trouble makers come to office. let other people go back to work! MARY去问一下，车间工人为什么吵架，现在是工作时间，让吵架的人来办公室，其他人不要围观，回去工作；
