口腔不良修复体的危害及防治

摘要：目的 通过对122例口腔不良修复体的拆除和治疗，说明不良修复体的危害。方法 用快、慢速涡沦机、去冠钳、持针器，祛除122例固定、活动不良修复体。结果 固定、活动不良修复体均会导致口腔各种并发症。结论 不良修复体不符合口腔生理解剖特点，给牙周、牙体造成不良影响，引起许多并发症，严重影响口腔健康。所以，口腔不良修复体应及时拆除，进行牙周及邻牙牙体治疗，待所有并发症基本消失，再进行符合生理解剖要求的义齿修复，从而达到良好的咬合功能和面部协调美观。 关键词：不良修复体；类型；并发症；危害；治疗 The Harm of Poor Dental Restorations and Its Treatment REN Qiong-fen

Abstract：Objective Through the removal and treatment of 122 cases with oral bad repair body， the harm of bad repair body. Methods For fast and slow speed turbo machine， to crown forceps and needle holder and remove 122 cases of fixed and movable bad repair body. Results The fixed and movable bad repair body will lead to oral complications. Conclusion The bad repair body does not accord with the anatomical characteristics of oral physiology， adversely affect the periodontal， dental， cause many complications， serious impact on oral health. Therefore， bad oral prosthesis should be removed in a timely manner， and adjacent teeth of periodontal treatment， after all the complications disappeared， then meet the denture physiological requirements， so as to achieve a good function of occlusion and facial coordination appearance.

由于我国经济发展不平衡，口腔修复的医疗水平参差不齐，具备口腔医师资格和执业资格的口腔专科医师较缺乏，据可靠资料统计，受过正规牙医教育（本科）真正从事口腔医疗事业的口腔医师不超过2.5万人，人口比例约为1：5万，而未受过正规口腔教育及受过初级口腔医学教育（中专水平）从事口腔及相关医疗事业的人数超过50万人，人口比例为1：2500，是前者的20倍以上。从数量上传统的牙医还将长期占据主导地位，相对欧、美等发达国家，500～600人一个牙医师的比例，我国职业牙医发展空间巨大，任务紧迫。传统牙医对口腔、颌面部的解剖和生理功能知识掌握不够，对口腔缺失牙的修复设计没有科学的理论依据，造成义齿设计不合理，给牙周和邻牙带来很大危险。再加上很多患者由于不懂口腔修复的常识，图
