大型建设项目全程投资控制策略研究

摘要：投资控制是在将建设项目投资控制在限定额度以内的同时，取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。大型建设项目周期长、投资大、工程复杂、涉及面宽，其资金流向极为复杂，如果不能很好的进行投资控制，很容易造成投资失控现象，严重影响工程质量和投资目标的实现。本文在分析大型建设项目投资控制特征的基础上，对大型建设项目全程投资控制策略进行了研究，提出了有益的见解。
