基于区域经济发展的马尾自贸区作用探析

摘要：福州马尾自贸区成立以来，在区域经济发展中的作用已经开始凸显，促进了该地区的经济消费，带动了产业结构的优化升级，物流业也得到快速发展。但马尾自贸区由于还处于试验的起步阶段，在发展中存在着诸多问题，如辐射力不强，专业人才紧缺，信息化不够完善等，解决这些问题对于推进马尾自贸区的发展，促进区域经济的发展意义重大。

Abstract： Since the establishment of Mawei FTA in Fuzhou，the role of regional economic development has begun to highlight， it promotes the region's economic consumption， promotes the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure， and the logistics industry has also been rapid development. However， the Mawei FTA is still in the initial stage of the test， there are many problems in the development， such as radiation force is not strong， professional talent shortage， information is not perfect and so on. It is of great significance to solve these problems to promote the development of the Mawei FTA and to promote the development of regional economy. 关键词：马尾自贸区；区域经济发展；经营管理；信息化建设

近年来，受国际金融危机影响，全球经济尚未完全复苏，同时为了应对美国进行的跨太平洋伙伴关系协议（TPP）、跨大西洋贸易与投资伙伴关系协定（TTIP）及国际服务贸易协定（TISA）贸易战略[1]，顺应全球经贸发展新趋势，我国不断深化改革，其中在我国境内实施的“自由区”改革方案较大地促进了经济的发展。

2015年3月24日，中共中央政治局审议通过广东、天津、福建自由贸易试验区总体方案、进一步深化上海自由贸易试验区改革开放方案[2]。2015年4月21日福建自贸区举行揭牌仪式，正式成立。其中，福州马尾自贸区在区域经济发展中的作用已开始显现，为区域经济的发展注射了新的活力，促进了经济消费，优化了产业结构，同时增强了地区的文化软实力，较大地促进了区域经济的发展。
