本年度，在院领导和护理部主任领导下，围绕科室内计划开展，加强产房院内感染控制力度，重视医患沟通，强化助产技术培训，保证产房安全，防止差错事故发生。

一、加强产房管理，预防院内感染发生

按照院感要求工作，委派一名助产士为科内院感质控人员，每月进行细菌监测，每周2次检查，每月业务学习一次，每季度考试一次。加强科内人员无菌观念，强化助产士手卫生，规范接生操作，加强无菌操作流程，预防会阴切口感染及新生儿感染。

二、重视产房内沟通，预防差错事故发生

转变服务模式，加强孕产妇与助产士的沟通，助产士之间的沟通。强化沟通礼仪，注重沟通技巧，教会每一位助产士在合适的地点、合适的时间说合适的话，避免引起不必要的矛盾和纠纷。同时重视同事之间的沟通，相互尊重，相互协作，打造团队精神。工作中大家相互

协作，争取人人都为别人多想一点，多付出一些，学会换位思考，营造良好的工作氛围。

三、强化助产技术培训，保证母婴安全

1、助产技术直接关系到产科的发展，也是母婴安全的根本保障。目前我科助产队伍技术已经制约我科的发展，今年将采取轮流出去学习的方式进行技术培训。

2、强化在职培训，采取每周晨会小讲座，每周重点知识提问， 每月理论与技术操作考核，让每一位助产人员真正把知识掌握，为自己所用。

3、针对产科危重症进行系统演练，培养团队协作与急救意识，不断提高急救水平。每一位产科人员都要牢记抢救流程与操作注意事项，并在实战中不断熟练掌握。每月应激预案学习演练一次。
