Food

There are many wonderful food in Korea. Such as rice rolls, chicken soup, Kim chi ,fish cookies, sea mustard soup and rice cakes. The traditional Korean food are Kim chi, fish cookies and so on. I like rice rolls best.Yesterday I had rice cakes for breakfast,had chicken soup for lunch, had Kim chi for dinner.I can use spoon very well.Sometimes ,I made sea mustard soup with my Mum.

There are some delicious food in Italy. Such as frittatas, salamis, pizza, chocolates, Cappuccino and pasta. The traditional Italian food are pasta, frittatas and so on. I like pizza best.Yesterday I had Cappuccino for breakfast,had salamis for lunch, had

pasta for dinner.I can use knife and fork very well.Sometimes ,I made pasta with my friends.

There are sepcial food in China. Such as Beijing Roast ducks, Mapo beancurd ,noodles , rice,dumplings and tea. The traditional Chinese food are rice, dumplings and so on. I like Beijing Roast ducks best.Yesterday I had eggs for breakfast,had chicken for lunch, had pork for dinner.I can use chopsticks very well.Sometimes ,I made noodles with my Dad.

There are enough nice food in England. Such as sausages, sandwiches, chips,fish, pudding and hamburgers. The traditional English food are sausages, sandwiches, chips and fish. I like pudding best.Yesterday I had sausages for breakfast,had sandwiches for lunch, had chips and fish for dinner.I can use spoon and fork very well.Sometimes ,I made chips with my parents. 1.Say. 2.Writing.

Table manners

In China, everyone sits around tables .You should come on time. When your mouth is full of food, do not talk.

In England, the host takes the first bite. It is impolite to eat noisily. You should say” Please!” and “Thank you!” In Korea, do not hold the bowl in your hand. Do not pick out what you don't like. In Italy, you can give presents to the host. When you meet with Italians, don’t come early, It’s better to come late. Lady first. Different countries have different table manners. Table manners are more and more helpful. People get to know people from the manners.

In my opinion, if you don't know what to do , look at others and do the same . When in Rome, do as the Romans do. 1.Read. 2.Writing.

Good eating habits

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. My good eating habits make me healthy, such as 1.Have breakfast. 2.Have a balanced diet.3. Eat fruits and vegetables.

4. Don’t eat fast food.5. Do enough sports.6.Like different kinds of food . 7.getting enough sleep.

I often go to bed early and I like doing sports because I think it’s important for my health.I love eating fast food. Last week I went to KFC many times. I know it’s not good for me. There is too much meat, sugar and oil in it. So I’m going to eat more fruits and vegetables. 1.Say. 2.Writing.
