课程设计

前言

本次设计为郑州市二区给水厂送水泵房设计。该设计包含了选泵、机组布置、吸水管和压水管的布置、水泵流量和扬程的校核、辅助设备的选取、泵房平面尺寸和高程等大部分内容。

该送水泵房的设计主要指的是二级泵站的设计,二级泵站主要由水泵机组,吸压管路,引水设备,起重设备,排水设备,计量设备,采暖及通风设备,电气设备,防水锤设备和其他设备组成。在泵站中除设有机器间(安装水泵机组的房间)外,还设有高低压配电室、控制室、值班室、修理间等辅助房间。

这次设计于我来讲是一次锻炼的机会,把以前在书本上学到的分散、零乱的知识,进一步加强与巩固,并使之系统化,使理论和实际相结合,加深了我个人对城市取水泵房的整体性理解和认识。除此之外,通过查阅文献、编写计算书和说明书、计算机绘图等各方面工作,我的工作能力也得到了相应的提高。

但是由于本人能力水平有限,在设计中难免出现差错,所以还请老师能够加以指正。在今后的学习和工作中,我努力学习,通过这次设计中的不足来提高自己的能力,使设计更加完善、科学、合理。

Preface

The design for the Baoding city water plant water intake pump house in process engineering design, design content includes the selection of pump, unit arrangement, the water suction pipe and the pressure pipe layout, water pump flow and lift check, auxiliary equipment selection, the pumping station plane size and elevation is most content.

The water intake pump house design mainly refers to the two stage pumping station pumping station design, mainly by the pump, suction pressure pipeline, water equipment, lifting equipment, drainage equipment, metering equipment, heating and ventilation equipment, electrical equipment, water hammer and other equipment. In the pump station with the exception of a machine room ( mounted pump unit room ), also with high and low voltage power distribution room, control room, duty room, garage and other auxiliary room.

Through this design, so I got a comprehensive training, I had learned the scattered, messy knowledge, further strengthen and consolidate, and make it systematic, combining theory and practice, our understanding of the city water intake pump house comprehensive understanding and understanding. Make me in literature, writing specifications, calculations and computer drawing skills has also been a corresponding increase.

Due to their own level is limited, in the design of the inevitable errors, please teacher to correct, in order to promote our progress. In the future study and work, I will strengthen the study, makes up own insufficiency, make the design more perfect, scientific, reasonable.
