relationshipbetweenwatertemperatureandembryonicdevelopmentwasstudiedby

ecologicalexperiments.Asaresult,thethresholdtemperatureandsumoferiectve

temperaturefortheanimal’sembryonicdevelopmentwereobtained.Therelationshipbetweensalinityandembryonicdevelopmenttogetherwiththemetamorphicrate,

abnormalityandgrowthofIarvaewasdescribed.Consequently,theoptimumwatertemperatureandsalinityforgrowinglarvaewasputforwardandturnedouttobesuccessfulbypracticinginseedlingrearing.Moreover,thefeedingbehaviorandgrowthintheearlylifestageswereobserved.Inresult.agrowthpatternintheearlylifestageswasestablishedtodescribetherelationshipsbetweenincrementinbody1engthandagesindays.Theinitiallyfeedingrateandpointofnon—returnwereinspectedbythestarvationtest.Asobserved.thepectoralanglesofthestarvedlarvaeandthoselarvaeatPNRweremuchmoreobviousandkeen—edged.Therefore.pectoralangles

cannotbetakenastheexclusivefeaturetoidentifythedifierencebetweenthehealthyandstarvedCsemilaevislarvae.Onseedling—rearingpractice,thefeedingrhythmanddailyrationinthedifierentdevelopmentstageswerestudied.

2.Thechromosomekaryotype,G—bandingpatternsC?bandingpatternsandnucleolarorganizerregionswereexamined.Askaryotyped,allchromosomesweretelocentric,andthekaryotypeofCsemilaeviswasthus2n=42t.NF=42.The219pairofchromosomesfi-omfemaleswasheteromorphic,whilethesamepairchromosomesfrommaleswerehomomorphic.Thefirstdescriptionandnumberingofthekaryotypedbandsinmetaphasechromosomeswerereported.TheG—bandingmethodstainedpositively68.1%ofthechromosomesurfaceinCsemilaevis;atotalof171G.bands(89positive,74negativeandeightvariables)wererecordedin20pairsofautosomesandinonepairofthesex—chromosomesZandWBesides.theC.bandpattemandnucleolarorganizerregionsofthemetaphasechromosomesweredescrbed.TheinterstitialregionsinallchromosomesincludingthepairofsexchromosomeshadpositiveC.bands.andsomechromosomesshowedC—bandsincentromericordistalends.TheC—bandingheretochromatinoccupies30.03%ofthetotalchromosomesurfaceinCsemilaevis.SilverstainingrevealedasinglepairofnuclcolarorganizerregionsmORs)locatedinthetelomericregionsoftheChromosomeNo.2.TheassociationofNORswithheterochromatinobservedinvertebratesalsoOCCURSinCsemilaevisasthetelomericregionsofthechromosomeNo.2arealwaysstainedpositivelywithC—banding.

3.Firstly,analysisofbiochemicalcompositioninthemusclesofthewildandcultivatedtonguefishwasconducted.Asanalyzed,theproteincontentsinthemusclesofthewildandcultivatedfishwere17.17%andl7.20%.respectively.Thelipidcontentsinthewildandcultivatedfishmuscleswere0.15%and2.41%.respectively,indicatingthefishcontainsrelativelyfewlipids.Boththewildandcultivatedtonguefisharerichin

somemineralsincludingroleandtraceelements.Themuscleofwildtonguefishhas

andZnthantheculturedtonguefish.witharatioof7.92%andhighercontentsofSe

6.29%,respectively.Thecontentsoftasteaminoacid,includingasparticacid(ASP),glutamicacid(Gin),glycine(G1y),alanine(Ala),intheculturedtonguefishislower
