外观检验标准 APPEARANCE INSPECTION CRITERIA

6.1 Motorola的表面等级 MOTOROLA SURFACE CLASSIFICATION

表面等级 ”AA”, “A”, “B”, “C”, ” D” 的外观允收判定标准依指定的表面标准执行，标准请参考本文件的6.3。

The acceptability of the appearance for surfaces classified “AA”, “A”, “B”, “C” or “D” is determined by the criteria for its designated surface class as defined in Section 6.3 of this specification.

6.2 Motorola 表面等级标准 MOTOROLA SURFACE CLASS CRITERIA 一个面有多个缺陷时，该面的总缺陷尺寸由所有缺陷的尺寸累积值确定。

Multiple imperfections on a single surface must have the sizes of the individual imperfections added together to cumulatively determine the total defect size for that surface.

AA: Information display area only.

异色点 Contrasting color dot 1. 单点：异色点不能大于0.13mm。

Single dot: May not have a contrasting color dot larger than 0.13mm.

2. 多点：忽略小于0.1mm的点。直径30mm圆以内的点尺寸累加值不能大于0.25mm，各个点的间隔必须大于5mm。在直径30mm范围外的缺陷视为单个缺陷。每一个AA面允许的点累积大小为0.4mm。

Multiple dots: Ignore dots less than 0.1mm. Individual dot within 30mm diameter circle must be added together and may not have a cumulative value larger than 0.25mm, multiple dots must be >5mm apart.

Imperfections beyond 30mm diameter circle can be treated as separate dots. Allowable cumulative dot size is 0.4mm per AA surface.

同色点 Same color dot

1. 单点：同色缺陷不能大于0.19mm。

Single dot: May not have an imperfection of the same color larger than 0.19mm. 2. 多点：忽略小于0.1mm的点。直径30mm圆以内的点尺寸累加值不能大于0.30mm，各个点的间隔必须大于5mm。在直径30mm范围外的缺陷视为单个缺陷。每一个AA面允许的点累积大小为0.5mm。

Multiple dots: Ignore dots less than 0.10mm. Individual dot within 30mm diameter circle must be added together and may not have a cumulative value larger than 0.30mm, multiple dots must be at >5mm apart. Imperfections beyond 30mm diameter circle can be treated as separate dots. Allow cumulative dot size of 0.5mm per AA surface. 划伤 Scratches

接受累积长度不大于8mm、宽度等于或者小于0.05mm的轻划伤，或者依照限度板。 Accept cumulative light scratches of up to 8mm if widths of scratches are equal/less than 0.05mm or per limit samples.

A：在日常使用中能直接观察到的主要外露表面

A: Primary surface exposed to direct close-up view in ordinary use.

异色点 Contrasting color dot 1. 单点：异色点不能大于0.19mm。

Single dot: May not have a contrasting color dot larger than 0.19mm.

2. 多点：忽略小于0.1mm的点。直径30mm圆以内的点尺寸累加值不能大于0.30mm，各个点的间隔必须大于5mm。在直径30mm范围外的缺陷视为单个缺陷。每一个A面允许的点累积大小为0.6mm。

划伤 Scratches

接受累积长度不大于12mm、宽度等于或者小于0.05mm的轻划伤，或者依照限度板。 Accept cumulative light scratches of up to 12mm if widths of scratches are equal/less than 0.05mm or per limit sample.

毛丝 Fiber

接受累积长度不大于1mm和宽度不大于0.05mm的毛丝，或者依照限度板。

Accept fibers with maximum cumulative length of 1mm and 0.05mm width or per limit

sample.

其他缺陷 Other Defects

除非有Motorola签的限度板，否则以下缺陷为自动拒收缺陷：

Following defects are automatically rejected unless limit samples are approved by Motorola: -熔接线 Weldline -雾化 Haze Mark -缩水 Sink Mark -拉伤 Drag Mark -流痕 Flow Line

-IMD 薄片裂纹 IMD Foil Crack Lines -桔皮 Orange Peel -泛白痕 Blush mark

- 撕裂和破损Tears and Breakages - 产品不洁净 Part Cleanliness - 折叠、褶皱 Folds

- 拉伸应变纹 Stretching Strains - 粗糙度不均 Surface Roughness

B：在日常使用过程中不能直接观察到的次要外露表面。

B: Secondary surface exposed but not in direct view in ordinary use.

异色点 Contrasting color dot 1. 单点：异色点不能大于0.25mm

Single dot: May not have a contrasting color dot larger than 0.25mm.

2. 多点：忽略小于0.1mm的点。直径30mm圆以内的点尺寸累加值不能大于0.40mm，各个点的间隔必须大于5mm。在直径30mm范围外的缺陷视为单个缺陷。每一个B面允许的点累积大小为0.7mm。

Individual dot within 30mm diameter circle must be added together and may not have a cumulative value larger than 0.60mm, multiple dots must be >5mm apart. Imperfections beyond 30mm diameter circle can be treated as separate dots. Allow cumulative total dot size of 0.8mm per B surface.

轻微划伤 Light Scratch

接受累积长度不大于12mm、宽度等于或者小于0.05mm的轻划伤，或者依照限度板。 Accept cumulative scratches of up to 12mm if widths of scratches are equal/less than 0.05mm.

毛丝 Fiber

接受累积长度不大于1.5mm和宽度不大于0.05mm的毛丝，或者依照限度板。 Accept fibers with maximum cumulative length of 1.5mm and 0.05mm width or per limit sample.

其他缺陷 Other Defects

除非有Motorola签的限度板，否则以下缺陷为自动拒收缺陷：

C：在日常使用过程中不可看到的表面。 C: Surface not visible in ordinary use.

不可有大于0.6mm的缺陷。

May not have an imperfection exceeding 0.6mm。 D：非外观面，必须满足保护和功能的要求。

D: Non appearance surface, must meet protective and functional requirements.

在一般工业允许范围内的异色或者缺陷均是允许的。

Generally accepted industry wide discoloration and imperfections are allowed.
