我国连锁超市物流配送模式选择与探讨

摘 要：基于我国连锁超市物流配送特点，介绍供应商直接配送、自营配送和第三方物流配送等三种常见连锁超市配送模式。分别进行分析并提出相应的改进建议。最后提出基于供应链管理思想的连锁超市物流配送新模式，即第四方物流配送模式。

Abstract: Based on characteristics of Chinese supermarket chains distribution logistics, This paper introduces three com- moll supermarket chains distribution patterns, the suppliers direct distribution, self-distribution and third-party logistics distribution, analyze these patterns and make appropriate recommendations for improvement respectively，finally put forward a new logistics distribution model, forth-party logistics distribution model, which based on the supply chain management thought．
