一、教学目标

1. 能够听、说、认读单词race，nothing，thought，felt，cheetah，trip，woke，dream。

2. 能够听懂、读懂并内化Read and write的内容，并能提炼主旨大意。

3. 能够根据阅读所获取的信息完成短文梗概，将短文转化为对话形式。

4. 能够从短文中找到核心词汇与句型，仿写自己的梦。

二、教学重点及难点

重点：

1. 能够听懂并理解课文内容，并掌握基本的阅读方法。

2. 能够仿照课文写一篇关于梦的短文，培养综合语言运用能力。

难点：

能够掌握基本的阅读策略，并把本单元的词汇句型运用到具体的语境中。

三、教学过程

Step 1 Warm-up

1. Play a game: 转盘游戏

教师出示图片，点击开始，箭头开始转动。点击停止，箭头指向哪个短语，学生就说出这个短语的意思。

T: Before we start our new lesson, let’s play a game.

设计意图：通过游戏的方式，活跃课堂气氛，复习巩固本单元所学词汇。

2. Free talk

教师将学生分组，让学生自由谈论自己曾经做过的一个梦。

T: Well done. Now let’s talk about your dreams in group.

设计意图：通过自由谈论，引出本课时的话题。

Step 2 Presentation

1. Read and answer

（1）Look and discuss

教师请学生看课本Read and write的图片并阅读文章，先让学生讨论，再核对答案。

①What animal can run very fast?

②What makes you feel worried?

T: Look at the pictures and read the passage. Discuss with your partner. What animal can run very fast? What makes you feel worried?

设计意图：通过看图片，阅读文章和讨论，引出本课时内容，为后面的学习做铺垫。

（2）Read and number

教师请学生阅读短文，捕捉关键信息，然后给图片排序。

T: Wu Yifan had a race with his father and Max. How was their race? Now please read the passage and number the pictures.

设计意图：通过速读找关键信息，帮助学生理解短文内容。

（3）Ask and answer

教师让学生再次阅读短文，并回答问题。检查学生对文章细节的理解。

T: Now read again and answer the questions.

①What was the text about?

②Who did Wu Yifan have a race with?

③Who gave Wu Yifan some water?

④What did Wu Yifan run like in the second race?

设计意图：通过问答练习，巩固本课时的重点知识，加深对短文的理解。

2. Look and learn

(1) 讲解单词cheetah，dream，race，trip，教师领读，学生跟读。

T: First let’s learn new words.

(2) 教师讲解单词nothing, thought, felt, woke，并带读。

设计意图：利用图文及卡片相结合的方式，讲授本课重点单词，帮助学生牢记。

3. Listen and follow

播放Read and write音频，让学生听音跟读。

T: Now you’ve got to listen and follow. Pay much attention to the pronunciation.

设计意图：引导学生通过看、听、说等途径来巩固对话。

Step 3 Practice

1. Listen and fill in the blanks

播放音频，让学生听音补全句子。

T: Now listen to the dialogue and fill in the blanks.

设计意图：通过听音填空，巩固故事内容。

2. Read in pairs

教师让学生两人一组，分角色朗读吴一凡和妈妈的对话。

T: Now read the dialogue with your partner.

设计意图：通过角色扮演，进一步加深对短文的理解。

3. Look and retell

教师将短文内容以表格形式展示，要求学生根据图中的关键信息复述文章。

T: Now it’s your turn to retell the story.

设计意图：通过复述短文，锻炼学生的语言表达能力，进一步加深对短文的理解。

4. Think and write

教师将学生分成几大组，然后完成课本P39的任务。要求组内交流写作内容，然后每组推选出最优秀的一个，进行全班交流。

T: Now look at Page 39. Now talk about your dream. First discuss with your partners. Then choose the best one to communicate with us.

设计意图：通过完成短文，锻炼学生组织语言和书写的能力，进一步巩固本单元所学内容。Step 4 Summary
