1.Structure
有组织
Planning, using productivity tools, and scheduling tasks on your calendar can help. Set yourself up to win by breaking tasks down into manageable chunks, so you can know what is most important to do first, and still have time to take care of yourself, such as eating well, exercising, relaxing, etc. Without self-care, you lose efficiency due to being overworked.
有计划,用高效的工具,合理的安排你的时间就会很有帮助。让自己把工作合理的分解成小模块,这样你就知道什么是最重要的要先做,还有时间留出来好好照顾自己,比如说吃好吃的,锻炼,放松等。不好好照顾自己,你也会因超负荷工作而降低工作效率。
2.Urgent doesn’t necessarily mean important
紧急并不意味着重要
What someone else thinks is urgent can create a sense of people-pleasing induced panic. If you know it is not important, then prioritize, and do what is most important first instead. You know best how to set your priorities and get your work done.
别人认为很紧急的事情能产生一种让人恐慌的感觉。如果你知道哪些是不重要的,然后按照先后顺序,从最重要的开始做。最好是知道怎样安排优先顺序,把工作完成。
3.Turn it off
关掉
Power down those phones, turn off notifications.You will get more done, if you focus only at the task at hand and answer to all missd calls and notifications once you’re done.
把电话关机,关掉提示音。如果你只关注手上的工作,在工作做完以后再去回复遗漏的电话和提示。这样你会做得更多。
4.Take breaks
休息
Get up. Move around. Shake it out. Eyestrain and headaches can happen if you look at a computer screen for too long. Get outside for a quick stroll and come back feeling refreshed and energized. 站起来,四处走走,做做伸展运动。如果你长时间对着电脑可能会出现眼睛痛,头痛的毛病。快速的出去走走,回来就能神清气爽,精力充沛。
5.Say “no”

Don’t over-commit: When you are already on a tight deadline, don’t take on anything else. Put a moratorium on saying “yes,” to anything new until you complete this project. Don’t leave people hanging, but say you will contact them when you are finished. .

6.Stop saying “I’m so busy”

It is complaining, and complaining only makes you - and everyone around you – feel worse. Instead of saying “I’m so busy”, say “I have already come so much closer to my goal”. This will encourage you to keep going.

There are two different viewpoints about how to arrange your time between different people. Someone content that college students should study all through the day.However, others maintain that exercise in the spare time is an essential part of our college life.
As far as I am concerned, a sturdy body is a significant factor for our study. Though study should be the first place in our college life. It is also important for us to exercise every day for keeping us robust.
In conclusion, Study is a basic task in college.But if we don’t have a healthy body ,we can not do a good job on academic
studies. Therefore exercise in our free time may be the best choice for everyone.

Nowadays, people are divided on the question how
students should arrange their school days. Some people claim students should spend the whole school days in academic studies. However, others contend physical exercise should be a required part of every school day.
As for me, I will choose the latter without hesitation. Being a student, his or her main task is to work hard on his or her academic study. Only by studying hard can he or she obtain
adequate knowledge from academic studies. Nevertheless, I don’t think a student should focus on studying too much, he or she should join in other meaningful activities. For instance, doing
physical exercise is a good way to make students’ life more colorful and beneficial.
In a word, when students gain knowledge from academic studies, they should not neglect to relax themselves and take regular physical exercise.

How to Find Time for Yourself
Do you ever find yourself longing for some
time for yourself? Many of us are so busy with
work, school, and home life that often there is
no time left over to do something that you
enjoy. What follows are some ways to carve
out that essential time you need to slow down,
enjoy life, and rejuvenate yourself. Scheduling
Time with Yourself!
1. Evenings with Yourself. Try to save
certain weeknights just for you. If others ask
you to do things those nights, just tell them you have plans. Use the time for gardening, reading, exercise, thinking, or the ultimate luxury of doing nothing!
2. Monthly Treat. Schedule a treat for yourself once a month. It could be on your lunch break, a weekend, or it could be leaving
work early. Maybe you get a spa treatment, go see a
movie, a haircut, play golf, or whatever treat you’re
always thinking about but rarely get to. Schedule it in
and it will happen!
3. Buy Tickets in Advance. Sports, theater,
concerts, or any other event you would enjoy.
Schedule the plans with a friend later. Having the
tickets already in hand will force you to make it
happen!
4. Leave Work on Time. Huh? Yes, many of us stay at work late on a regular basis. If this is you, make it a point to leave work exactly on time at least once a week, if not more. And then enjoy that time! Leave work at work.5. Join a Group. Here are some ideas of groups that can allow you some time away from work and home: singing group, gardening group, astronomy
society, book club, quilting (or any other
craft) circle, biking/walking/running/etc
clubs, ski club, etc. What are you
interested in? Strike while the iron is hot.
Look up a club in your area today and join!
If you can’t find a club, consider starting
one yourself!
6. Take a fun class. If accounting is
fun for you, then go ahead. If not, then
think about some of these ideas: foreign
language, photography, art, creative writing, or sports (kayaking, archery, golf, yoga).
7. Exercise. For busy people it can be difficult to make time for this. But, you
know what? You can do it!! All you have to do is decide today and then make it a reality tomorrow. A new habit is started with just one step. Take that first step tomorrow. Walk for 20 minutes in the morning. And then build on that success daily. Vary how you spend that time. On some days use the time for thinking and daydreaming. Other days listen to motivational audio and on days you want a real boost, listen to your favorite music! Here are a couple travel audio books you could borrow from your local library that will take you on a journey to a foreign land while you are walking or jogging: “Holy Cow: An Indian Adventure” by Sarah MacDonald or “The Places in Between” by Rory Stewart. If you’ve been exercising for a while and you usually listen to music, try going
without any input for a change. Instead, let your mind wander and expand.
