摘 要

本次毕业设计是根据南京审计学院学术报告厅工程的招标文件等资料编制投标书。在仔细研究设计任务书、招标文件、施工图纸、工程项目特点、市场情况及本企业自身情况的基础上，编制了本投标文件。

投标文件主要由投标函及其附录、商务标、技术标三部分组成，其中，施工组织设计和投标报价是投标文件编制的重点。商务标主要是根据工程量清单中的工程量并结合图纸进行组价，编制投标报价。工程量计算按照《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》GB50500-2008中的计算规则计算，报价采用工程量清单计价模式进行编制，利用广联达计价软件GBQ4.0，结合市场情况来确定综合单价,最终确定的投标报价为人民币15381276.70元。技术标则包括工程综述、施工部署、项目组织架构、资源投入、分部分项工程施工方案、各种管理措施、施工现场平面布置、进度计划等，综合考虑施工、技术、物资等方面确保工程进度、工程质量和施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。本设计旨在通过对清单计价模式下的投标文件的编制加强对投标文件编制的学习，巩固专业知识。

Tender of Nanjing Audit University academic hall project

Abstract

Graduation design is a bidding document which is compiled according to the bidding documents of Nanjing Audit University academic hall project. It is compiled on basis of research of design commitment book, bidding document, construction drawings, engineering characteristics and market combined with the enterprise current situation.

The bidding document is composed of bidding letter and its appendix, commercial bid and technical bid. Construction organization design and bidding offer are the key point when compiling the bidding documents. The quotation of bidding should be compiled according to quantities of the engineering quantity detailed list combined with the drawings. The engineering quantity is calculated according to computation rule of Code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works GB 50500-2008.The offer adopts the valuation model of engineering quantity detailed list's accounting price. The comprehensive unit price is calculated by Glodon GBQ4.0 combined with the construction market，the final bid price is ￥15381276.70.Technical bid includes in project overview, construction arrangement, project organization structure, resource investment, partial project construction scheme, all kinds of management measures, construction site layout and schedule plan. Taking construction scheme，technology as well as materials into account to ensure schedule of project, quality of project, security of construction, and meanwhile it should reduce cost. The purpose of paper is enhance the learning for compiling bidding document and professional knowledge through compiling the bidding documents under the model of engineering quantity detailed list's accounting price .
