在本学期家访过程中，我深刻体会到，作为教师我们要积极的指导家长，同时多进行交流，家长和教师相互学习，相互信任，相互合作，结成一个家庭学校的教育同盟。那么我们的教育会取得更大的成功。下面就谈谈本人的几点心得体会。

1、家访有助于纠正家庭教育中存在的不合理教育现象。当前我国家长受教育水平整体不高，水平参差不齐，家庭教育中普遍存在重智轻德的现象，出发点虽好但手段方法不科学，甚至体罚、辱骂等侵犯孩子人权的现象也时有发生。那么，纠偏上述不合理现象的工作主要落在学校和班主任身上。学校通过成立家长学校、开家长会、建立家长委员会、举办教育专题讲座等形式来加强家校之间的沟通。

2、通过家访，家长可以向学校及班主任工作献计献策。我国目前学校管理者及班主任自身的文化知识及修养水平正在提高当中，学校管理还存在着一些问题。而家访就是倾听渠道中十分有效的一个。班主任代表校方到学生家里倾听家长们对学校各项工作的意见和建议，使学校真正办成深受社区居民和学生欢迎的学校。

3、家访有助于班主任全面了解学生，提高教育的针对性。班主任老师要想教育好学生
