The eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China proposed, advocating prosperity、democracy、civility、harmony , advocating freedom、equality、justice、the rule of law，advocating patriotism、dedication、integrity、friendship, actively cultivate and practice the core socialist values. prosperity、democracy、civility、harmony is the value goal of national level, freedom、equality、justice、the rule of law is the value orientation of social level, patriotism、dedication、integrity、friendship is the value criterion on the level of individual citizens, the 24 words is the basic content of core socialist values.

As a college student, cultivating and practicing the socialist core values, is our responsibility. It is different from the ordinary citizen, college students as the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics qualified builders and reliable successors to physically, governs incorruptibly, consciously become the advocate of socialist core values, to inherit and practitioners, is basic requirements to be patriotic, dedicated, sincere, friendly, it is also a college students the basic code of conduct.
