关于混凝土企业管理的探讨

摘要:近几年在国家政策的大力推动下,我国商品混凝土行业取得了巨大的发展,但在面临发展机遇的同时,地区发展的不平衡也带来了诸多问题。企业的管理如何做到规范和先进，将直接影响到预拌混凝土产品的质量和企业的盈利水平。现仅就其中的生产管理技术进行探讨，供同行们借鉴。

Abstract: in recent years in the state policy to encourage, the concrete products industry has been a huge development, but in the face of the development opportunities at the same time, the unbalanced development of region also brings many problems. The management of the enterprise how to be standard and advanced, it will directly affect the ready-mixed concrete product quality and enterprise’s profit level. Only now is one of the production management technology are discussed, to colleagues in the reference.

1 健全组织机构

建立完善的组织机构，有符合企业质量保证体系运行所需的机构设置和必要的资源配置是基本前提。设置的职能部门至少应包括行使物资、设备、销售、技术质量、环保、安全、财务、行政办公等职能的机构。人员则根据企业规模和组织机构来配备，相应人员任职能力满足岗位需要。

2 生产组织

生产安排的核心是值班的生产调度员，自从销售人员承接合同订单，进行交底之后，绝大部分的生产工作即转移到生产部门，由各生产调度员负责。统筹安排的水平高低对外即彰显该企业的服务水平。“生产是经营的继续”的理念应该在调度员的身上突出体现。生产服务人员始终要有这样的思想准备——“顾客何止是上帝”。
