护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者焦虑和睡眠质量的影响

[摘要] 目的：探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者焦虑症状和睡眠质量的影响。方法：选择48例患者实施护理干预，并与同期48例实施常规护理的患者进行比较，分析两组患者在住院期间平均焦虑评分和睡眠质量评分。结果：观察组进行护理干预后患者的焦虑评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），同时睡眠质量评分亦明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：有效的护理干预措施，对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者睡眠质量的改善是有很好的促进作用的，值得临床重视。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases patients with anxiety and sleep quality. Methods: Forty eight patients with the implementation of nursing intervention and compared with 48 cases of implementation, analyzed the two groups of patients, average anxiety scores and sleep quality score in the hospital. Results: The score of patients with anxiety after a nursing intervention was significantly lower than the control

group, the difference had statistics significance (P＜0.05), while sleep quality ratings was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Effective nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the quality of sleep, so it is worthy of clinical attention.
