1 INTRODUCTION 介绍

A common numbering system for units, equipment, lines and instruments will be used across the SNCG NCPP by all contractors. as defined in this Procedure.

The plant is pided into process units each with their own unique identifier. Each unit has a common facilities number. Standard abbreviations for unit names will be used. Equipment numbering will utilise common equipment designations and include unit numbers.

Line numbering will include size, unit number, specification and insulation information.

在神华宁煤煤基烯烃项目中,所有承包商均应使用本程序规定的单元、设备、管线及仪表通用编码程序。

本工厂按工艺分成不同的单元,每个单元都有自己唯一的编码。每个单元有一个通用的数字代码来代表单元识别编码。单元名称将采用标准缩写形式。设备编码应使用通用的设备标识,并将单元编码包括在内。

管线编码形式应包括尺寸、单元号、等级及保温等内容。

2 UNIT NUMBERING 单元编号

Each Process unit will have a unique number. Units closely linked and constructed within a single process block are grouped together with similar numbers as shown in the table below. Unit numbers will be used for all equipment, lines and instruments. They will also be used on document numbers to indicate the applicability of the document to the site, a process block or to an inpidual process unit.

每个工艺单元都有一个唯一的编码。关系密切并且建造于同一个工艺分区内的单元通过相似的编码联系到一起,组成一组,详见下表所示。单元编码将用于所有设备、管线及仪表的编码中。该编码同时应用于文件编号中,用以表示该文件可适用的现场,一组设备或一个单独的工艺单元中。

3 EQUIPMENT NUMBERING 设备编号

3.1 Format of Equipment Identification Number 设备标识编号格式

The equipment identification number shall consist of prefix- equipment code, unit number, serial number and optional suffix.

设备标识编号应包括前缀名称,设备代码,单元编号,系列编号和可选的后缀

Unit Number, designates the unit in which the equipment is installed (520=Methanol Synthesis) 单元编号,指定安装设备的单元

Remark: The first three digits characterise the Unit Number. Additional digits are used for counting as for equipment streams, etc. (for example: The digits 60115 indicate that it belongs to Unit 6010, which is the MTP Reaction and 15 is the 15th of its kind. 备注: 首三位数代表单元编号。附加的位数是指设备序列号等(例如:位数60115表示属于单元6010,即指MTP 反应,15是指该类型的第15号)

This code number will be allocated in discussion with the BED contractor before the start of the production of the P&ID’s. 在P&ID 生成之前,该部分主项的编号将与基础设计承包商讨论后确定。

4.4 Interlock and Sequence Control Number 连锁和过程控制的编号

The functional logic description is split into inpidual logic systems, which have different code numbers. However the inpidual logics have dedicated logical relations to each other. 带功能的逻辑描述分成单独的不同编号的逻辑系统。但是每个逻辑块具有彼此特定的逻辑关系。

The Numbering conventions for the Interlock Sequences are as follows: 逻辑编号的约定见下:
